Mukhang wala po silang choice kung hindi mag move on with the good memories of their dearly departed. I’m sure may pinirmahan silang waiver na hindi sila puwedeng mag habla bago ito mag undergo ng surgery. Suntok sa buwan ika nga ang mga ganitong procedures. Kahit sa abroad pa ay maraming mga failed vaginoplasty. Walang katapusang impeksyon at dusa sa kirot ang dinaranas ng mga pasyente. Walang katapusang minor follow up surgeries din po. May mga videos at confessions ang mga naging pasyente sa U.S.

isolated case lang sya tyaka possible maging complication ang pulmunary embolism kahit sa ibang procedure like ceasarian section at ibang operation...pero sobrang bihira lang mangyare yon. Wala din control ang doctors kung minsan kase silent killer talaga sya. siguro nag ka blood cloth sya at nag travel yon sa ugat sa baga nya kaya nag bara at namaga. For sure shock din yung doctor nya at di ginusto yon. respect pa rin dun sa doctor kase sya nag shoulder ng expenses to help the family. swerte din sya kase mabait yung family at open minded sila sa situation na nangyare. safe pa rin mag pa gender affirming surgery make sure lang na sabihin lahat sa doctor and medical history at mag pa exam muna kung kaya ng katawan mo.

I am part of the LGBTQ community. Having a sex realignment CANNOT really make us a complete woman. Hindi talaga tayo manganganak. We can have the external attributes of a woman but we really CANNOT conceive. Lahat ay peke, just to experience the external pleasures. We can be happy and fulfilled without undergoing the procedures. I have a friend in college who had the procedures done. Nagka asawa siya ng lalake pero hanggang doon na lang. Namatay din ang asawa nya and now may mga genitourinary complications siya which is costing her so much. She really regret going through the procedure.

This isn't about them wanting to conceive a child, this is MORE about aiding transgender individuals in aligning their physical appearance with their gender identity. For many in the trans community, their deeply felt sense of being male, female, or another gender may not match the sex they were assigned at birth based on physical anatomy. Undergoing a gender-confirmation aims to alleviate gender dysphoria, which is the the distress that arises from this misalignment.
Please do not speak for the trans community just because you're "LGBTQ" and knowing that "one friend in college". Clearly, you are ignorant on the subject, cannot relate, and lack more experience. Do your research.
