Where did you purchase the racks that you installed to store the tshirts inside of the trailer? I have a trailer and that would solve the storage issue I have.

This is super cool! What type of screen press are you using?

Wouldnt DTG printer be better for this?

Question: Do you have a computer / scanner / printer set up to do custom graphics on site? Exposure unit to shoot the screens?

Good Questions. Have they answer you yet?

All screens are pre-done before the event I’m sure.

Do the designs you bring cater to the event...or do you just brig random designs? All single color?
    Nice set up!!!

Designs we bring cater to event, but we also bring our own designs. it really is event specific and we like to keep it a single color.

This will be the next step for my print shop. I want to move from a garage to a Mobile POD shop. Great Video. Do you have plans on how to build a Mobile shop or how one should go about obtaining a shop such as yours?

This is truly ingenious! What size generator do you use?

Another good question. You probably won’t get an answer because you might be able to create your own POD and not buy their product.

Very limited on what you can do. There would be no customization like at sporting events with names and numbers. Screen print mobile just doesn't make sense. Who wants a one color basic design?

It's cool, but I think this is really something for simply live events. You can't be creating screens and exposures for one client at an event. That is why this is really more ideal for corporate functions for a company to put their logo or event design on that is predetermined in advance. You could however have designs that have been screened onto transfer paper and then heat transferred to the garment. But screen printers why are you all still saying that screen printing is superior to DTG? I totally disagree with that. I mean there are places for the two but just the fact that you can have a DTG machine at one of these events and then yes you can do a full color print in 2 mins without making screens or anything just makes more sense in my opinion. You are limited screening like this, I could pull up in a similar setup and print any image onto garments in full color without any mess on pre treated shirts. There is a place for both but to say screen printing will outlast DTG is not true anymore.
