I watch TC Brothers engine guard I like that the mus mustache was old school
Then I watch your video on the mustache engine guard.
Thank you sir .I am putting a mustache
engine guard with highway pegs on
my 2000 HD FXSTS Softail Springer

Great teaching video. I watched your flat out bar install so I see how the fairing kit is installed and then this video to install the mustache guard. Best video out there that explains the install.
Good to see you back Sandy. Bike is looking great
Just received my bar and about to install. Thanks for the video! Same with the forward controls.
Awesome looking bike I just purchased an El Diablo I want to do the same set up as yours with the engine guard floorboards and forward controls keep up the good work
lookin good buddy ! nice job!
Wow this is exactly the mods the I am planning to do when I get my LRST, the forward controls w/floorboards & this type of engine guard, and the tour pack, you have a very beautiful good looking bike--Thanks for sharing and I have liked and subscribed.
Another great video, thanks brother!
There's no part number for the crash bar in the description do you happen to know off hand the part number.
Awesom video Sandy
I think it looks beautiful, might ought to have explained about mounting the fairing support bracelets.
Nice video! They seem to sit low on the bike, do they limit the lean angle of the bike?
Looking good
Who makes the mustache engine guard in this video?
Much better than the straight bar! Great job Sandy!
I like both bars, but leaning towards the flat bar myself. Another awesome video… thanks!!
Great install video and thanks for the shout out 💯🤙 Flowgenix rocks 👊
That's looks better 😎
Now replace the silver saddle bag levers to black. I didn't think the mustache bar would look good but it actually does. The bike is coming along. Im 5'8" and still trying to find the right bars and/or risers on my ST to bring it back about 5".
I just started using Torque Detail shine. It is amazing. Its a ceramic coating. Gives a deep shine after washing. I sprayed water on it and it just runs off. For some reason dust build up seems way less. Good luck with the new bars.
Have you done a video yet about installing the turn signal/faring relocation bracket?
What’s the inside leg needed to reach for highway peg
So I need another piece for the turn signals? It won’t work without it? This video doesn’t really show the process in the middle
Bike is looking good Sandy! Another great video.
Where did you find this guard?
Looks great. I love these videos.
I bought a cheapy set of Harbor Freight punches to help with the alignment on my highway bars. The moustache bars on my Sporty line up perfectly with my feet so it doesn't feel like the wind is pushing my feet off of the pegs. Nice ride!
I wish you would have shown an easy way to take those plastic insert bolts out. I had to use trial and error, with many errors. You mention that the engine protects the engine, fairing and the gas tank, but not the bags. I wonder if anyone makes/sells extended passenger pegs that will stick out just a bit past the bags.
@@Ndwyer259 I looked but couldn't find anything other than their rear pegs, and they are too short to protect the bags.
Looks better IMO. Grea tvideo, have you think on a different fender on the front? A bit bigger...wrap around hiding the tire a bit.
What is the video which has the highway pegs for the Mustache Guard?
I put same on my FXLRS-T and i love the looks. I had to wait forever for the special brackets for lights due to shortage and it was a bit of a pain to install lol
What are the brackets called ? I’ve been looking for them and can’t find them anywhere. I’m trying to add a mustache bar to my low rider st
I have the same ones on my 13 street bob . Install a little different. Cause it was the last of the dyna’s . Keep an eye on the rubber show things . They will fall off . I don’t have mine anymore . Where are you in Jersey ?
Hey Sandy! Installed those mustache crash bars on my Heritage and worked well for me as highway foot rests. If your going to have them for a while, keep an eye on the rubber foot mounting. Mine became loose after about 3 years and almost lost one on 95. Ride safe brother.
Looks a lot better than that "metal stick"that was on before. "Bug Slide" is a great all purpose cleaner that smells good also. I use it all the time.
Hey Sandy, bike looks sweet. Now grab the weed wacker and take care of that hair 🤣. Cheers 🍻 brother!
I rode my Low Rider ST to Sturgis with this HD Mustache guard installed. The first thing I ordered and installed when I got home was clamp on highway pegs. If you want to stretch your right leg, with that heavy breather, you need the clamp on highway mounts. I went with KURYAKYN
Trident Dually Adjustable Cruise Mounts - 7584
Part # 4900498
Sandy! You wanna sell that flat out bar?!?!? Just got my ST and need a crash bar. I have watched all your videos keep it up man.
this is what it says FITMENT NOTES & EXCEPTIONS
Does not fit with extended reach forward control kits.
Low Rider ST FXLRST models require separate purchase of Harley Davidson® P/N 47200927 is it correct
Hey shift, can you give me the website for those crash bars. I have forward control on my low rider st and the dealer said there’s no crash bars with forward
controls.
Thx
It’s a Harley original part. Go to Harley website. Mustache engine guard
Is that a Mustang seat? Whats the part number?
FYI - that bracket required to install the mustache bar is on back order now according to my Harley dealer. They said several months. Too bad, I like the bar.
😎👍
Great video👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Pico!
If your selling flat out bar ill buy it off you
I'm sure you've been asked a million times already lol
What you do with that Flat Out bar? I'll take it off your hands. :)
The info is great, but please get a tripod for your camera for most of your shots! Way too much movement. I had to run to the medicine cabinet for some dramamine!!
Torque has a wash-n-shine product that I use and after just shy of 3000 from Alaska to Sturgis the bugs washed right off. No scrubbing for me! The dirt, grease, oil, bugs and everything else whipped away. Oh I didn't say my 1984 FXRT looks just as good if not better!
@@HOLYSHIFT its really not bad looking. It make the shine come out way more I think.
Poco chiaro e tutto mosso
I love the DOG 🐕 I JUST want to love on it every time I see it on the video’s ♥️🇮🇱♥️
The Engine guard looks great definitely above average 🔥 That st is the first year they have made them it is going to be valuable #1 Day
I predict ♥️ I wood like to have the Road Glide st 🌮. When they get one around here they market up over $10,000 💲💲💲 and you have to bring your own lubrication 💋💋
⛽️GAS⛽️$3,25-$3,75⛽️ love from DeKalb Mississippi USA 🇺🇸
I put a set of these on my 2018 heritage, liked the look but not the built in foot rest. It was too high for me and after a couple years the clue that holds the rubber in place released
and the rubber would slide around, took them off.
Looks a lot better. I wasn't a fan of the first one.
Easiest way to install is loosely hang the top bolt, do NOT tighten down all the way, allow wiggle room, and then do the same on the lower bolts, and then tighten everything down to spec. Trust me, it is so much easier than starting with the lowers or trying to tighten each down all the way as you go. Great vid tho man, what works for some may work for none, everybody has ease in different ways! Thats just the way that ended up working easiest for me after trying to start on the lowers first and giving myself high blood pressure😂
