There is no doubt that new characters will be introduced in Bluey's fourth season. At least one character, logically dingo i even more than one who are not characters made like this for a single appearance without anything significant, indeed dingo to introduce the community of Australian aborigines to the world of Bluey to at least represent a minority would be a big step forward for the cartoon.
