It reminds me a bit of the track Blizzard by Light Club or Voyager by Jasper Bryne both are on the Hotline Miami 2 soundtrack. Genre ideas would be #Electronic, #Synthwave and maybe loose Cyberpunk? I was surprised you weren't sequencing the volcas directly from the Circuit tracks and putting the audio out from the volcas back into the Circuit to apply the reverb, delay effects and Master filter of the Circuit Tracks on the input.
