The whole property has new fixtures and windows, keeping the character of the original structure, but with the highest possible energy efficiency.
The main building also houses a large room currently used as a pantry, which connects the ground floor to the upper level and the parking area. The second floor of the Villa, former the “Belle étage”, provides a sixth apartment, where the manager of the business now lives, with three bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom.
