    I had something happen where I needed this last night. I rolled 7 games last night and in game 1 I missed an easy single pin spare. I couldn’t get it out of my head and overthought the rest of my shots until game 7 where someone with a mental disability made a joke about how I throw and kept repeating it and the way he said it kept it funny. It was precious. In game 7 I bowled a new pbr of 278, striking every frame except a 9/ and 8/ in the first and 2nd frame.

    Thank you for this and the other videos. Although I bowl duckpins and not tenpins, your videos have helped me get close to my average that I had back in the 1980's through 2003 when I was a member of the Duckpin Professional Bowlers Association.

    My bowling center gets me into the red every week, something happens that I have no control and I let it drive me crazy. Thanks for reeling me in.

    Thanks for the video I find my self getting into the mind set that I don't know what to do. I do better when I practice I think because I'm not thinking about doing good so I don't let anyone down. My husband tells me just think your at practice

      Breathe in on the count of 4, hold on a count of 2, breathe out on a count of 6, a controlled way of relaxation.
