Rising Tides is a Place-Based Learning Community (PBLC) for all first-time freshmen majoring in Marine Biology and Oceanography. Rising Tides is just one of the Place-Based Learning Communities at Cal Poly Humboldt under the College of Natural Resources & Sciences.
