Is it vigs, investments & hitmen, leader skills, equipments I am really confused. I see people with 300-400 stats I don't know how? Thank you.

Try to use blue devil to grind for roadsters points,costy 10 per attack but that speeds things up.

you can sell their parts to get back all the roadster points you spent on them & then invest in another roadster

Yeah. Bonus 110% exp & resources. But you only get +100% for important items like roadster points & VIP points
