love this one! upper eye skin is probably reacting to the eyebrow bleach, try protecting the skin with an emollient outside of brow shape before bleaching . xx
Hiya, thank you! actually I had it before I bleached them, and I am very careful with it, not to touch other parts of the skin.
@@Holliemercedes Avene Tolerance cream works wonders in protecting the skin from allergens and potential irritants.
