Hi ... I hope you find this cat enclosure video fun and hope you might be inspired by some of the things we did to make our Catio fun for Poppet and Loki and somewhere cosy where we can spend outdoor time with our Kidders.
What a fab safe space for your indoor kitties to enjoy the fresh air outside where they can watch the wildlife and have a change of scenery. You did an amazing job of decorating the inside. It's those little touches that make it a nice place to spend time in for you and the cats! :) x

Thank you for the video- You have a beautiful Catio! I'm currently about to order one of these in the same dimensions you chose, The IKEA shelves are such a great idea! Fairy lights and your winding plants look so pretty too! Also thank you for the heads up re: delivery and size. I see i need to plan a little bit better (plus buy at least 2 ikea shelves! prior to ordering so I can put the whole lot together with a friend on my day off. Thank you for your comments. I am now doing a bit of maintaining .. The artificial plants did not stand up well to the sun so I got some Camo Netting and used that instead and it works great ... sandwiched between the Catio and the top clear tarp. .. I have not regretted getting the Catio and my Puddies still love going in it, especially after dark. Good luck with yours. :)

Hi Sarah ... the door swings outward and also has a bottom and top part to the door. I zip-tied / cable ties mine together to make it move as one unit. But I loved the option of being abe to have the two sections :D
I used 4 shelving units and staggered the shelves to suit my cats ... then I used the two shelves I had left to make some backs and tied them on with zip-ties / cable ties for strength. :)

I love the way you used the ikea shelves inside the catio.
I saw someone else do a tiny enclosure with just one shelf unit ... I always go BIG and used 4 all together :D

Where did you get the glass with the hole please?
Hi there M ... I had it made specially ... The local Handyman who replaced the glass for me had the hole cut out by a local glass company ...
