I get disassociation and at the worst times agoraphobia. The feeling can be hard to explain but basically, it's like an over powering sense of doom that can come out of nowhere. I could be sitting watching tv and all the sudden I feel like I'm standing in the middle of a war or the end of the world is happening. It's devastating to deal with every day. For me, I have to stay medicated and never give into the fear or it sucks you in. Make yourself go out and do things. Thanks for mentioning the book "Dare" I will definitely read it.

I've been a fan of Tigerbelly for a long time, and watched every video you guys posted and downloaded your podcast. And it's been bothering me how Bobby Lee can say that he believes everyone is equal a lot, but he doesn't treat them like they are. Whenever he pokes fun at any one in the room, and people including him can laugh about it. But when it's someone else saying something funny at him he'll immediately get offended by it, and try to change the subject. If you truly believe in equality for all, and you stand for it then show it.
Jason React he's playing a character on the podcast and he's said it makes things fun for him. If he was really that much of an ass hole, they would just leave him. And the fact that they stayed with him when they weren't getting paid says a lot.
Take it from someone who used to be exactly like Bobby Lee is now, and the only difference was that I'm way more energetic around people than he is. What you're seeing is not a character, it is actually how he feels. All of his behaviors you see now stems from his insecurities, and everything he was objected to from the past that causes all of these dysfunctions which includes past abuses (both physically and emotionally) and neglect. Bobby lives off on raw emotions, he can be happy, sad, angry, depressed etc etc all within half an hour giving the situation. I get that he said it's a character, but a lot of times Bobby would say things without thinking it through. So he'll just things, because it's how he feels at the time. I wish I can explain it better for you, but I can't, because it is really complex, but when I watched Bobby it's like I'm watching my past self. So I wasn't trying to hate on him. I wouldn't watch and listen to every podcasts. Also his friends stays with him is because they are better at tolerant with him than other people.
