Advice I have been given as a DM is to make your players matter. What is so special about this is the players making the other PC’s matter. Such a great send off for Georgie.
this funeral of georgie is enough to bring a grown man to tears having lost my dear mother earlier this year at the age of 57, i truely resonate with the words of grief that have been spoken thank you so much for this heartwarming and beautiful moment
I will miss Georgie. I'm wondering how she will come back to the future part, but am enjoying the mystery of Gemini. Lovely voice btw. I'm guessing lore bard due to interest in the book...? I love the lore bard. I'm playing a tabletop game with a Kalashtar lore bard who suffers from manic depression due to the voice ... which caused her divorce as well as fame. She 45 and her only child was murdered. I do a deep Russian accent for her. At the beginning of the game, she tried to commit suicide but has been feeling a sense of purpose now helping solve crimes with her rescuer. I do a deep sexy Russian accent for her voice. She doesn't sing or play instruments, though. She tells stories. She never flirts either. She's still stuck on her ex. She still gets offers being so charming, 20 charisma! I just love her! Valeriya Volkov is her name. Lawful Good. Oh her son, Matavy as she just learned was killed by a vampire! So she obviously hates them. We are playing in an "Underworld" game made up by our GM.
Georgie is the new Aleena as far as I'm concerned. If you know, you know. If you don't, Google her. Some of us grieve for Aleena to this day 40 years after her death. Only now has another female character ascended to that same level, to be grieved and remembered forevermore in our hearts even after our own departure from this world. Then again if a person continues to be remembered years and decades afterwards, is she really dead? I say no.
This was a very touching and wonderful episode of this very enjoyable game Grace I really love the new character. I hope she’s as much fun to play as the old one. I will miss Georgie as well.
Thanks! I hope she is too! I loved playing Georgie so much, it was quite the day losing her in the morning and then coming up with Gemini over the lunch break 😢😅
great session. Thanks so much to all of you!
Awesome prayer by Dorin, well done :) LOVED it!

Anybody who watched the video and *didn't* shed a tear or two IRL has no soul. Yes, I'm serious.
Chapter 2, here we go
