If you really want to know just look it up yourself. I know they seem similar but they are not the same story. They were loosely based off the movie Blood the Last Vampire, but that's pretty much where their similarities end. To me Blood + has a more though through story and better character development. While Blood-c rides on the shock factor of the deaths and the truth discovered about the lead. P.S Blood-c has way more gruesome, violent and bloody deaths compared to Blood +.
