- This was my mum's first time in Bangkok, Thailand so we had to show her around and of course try the local Thai Street Food.
We had everything from Pad Thai to Mango Sticky Rice and introduced her to the bustling sights and sounds of Bangkok, Thailand.
With satisfied smiles and happy stomachs, we concluded our street food adventure, knowing that we had given my mum a taste of Bangkok's vibrant food scene. As we bid farewell to the bustling streets, we carried with us memories of laughter, exploration, and, most importantly, delicious food.

Making parents happy is considered a great merit by Thai people. And it's your child's duty.
I recommend using a spoon instead of a fork. Many Thai food perfect on spoon, Because many of our foods contain water, like mango sticky rice also has coconut sauce, The spoon will retain more flavor.

LOL. Sticky rice isn't sticky because they add a sauce to it! it's a different type of rice entirely, with shorter fatter grains and with a much higher starch content, which when cooked results in the rice being naturally sticky

Sticky rice with mango, sticky rice is soaked with concentrate coconut milk and sugar with a bit of salt after proper steamed. So sticky rice loses stickiness and replace with soften, coconut-liked odor and slightly sweet rice. Hope you enjoy with it.
PS. There are hundreds versions of sticky rice with seasonal Thai fruits that you should try 🤤.
