I was 12 in a mosh pit in Portland Oregon for warped tour (vans tour) I fell and a guy picked me up asked me if I was okay and than threw me back into the mosh pit. I was having so much fun even with both my knees busted up at that point.
Some huge guy was throwing people up for crowd surfing, so I tapped on his shoulder and he threw me up, it was sooooo fun. I was doing flips on top of people and eventually made it to the front of the stage. The band saw me and told me I was bad ass cause how young I was and that I was a female also.
SO RELATABLE MATT! I graduated college about 5 years ago and I have random nightmares that I’m failing my classes and not graduating ☠️
Lmao.. I graduated 14 years ago.. I still have this exact nightmare of failing classes, missing important homework, big test coming up. I do dream sometimes that it was high school which was 18 years ago.. but I’m still with Heath - I love to sleep and yes Matt, I want to dream even if it’s mundane dreams of forgetting to pack for a trip or a nightmare that the world is ending.. I still want the dream so it really feels like I’m doin something with my sleep! 😂
Yes! I graduated from college 15 years ago and now I WORK at the college I went to. My job had to confirm I graduated, I can look it up at any time, and yet I still have those nightmares!

My recurring nightmare is always needing to call 911 and either my fingers can’t dial the numbers, they won’t answer or are on a busy tone. Also my grandparents were body builders and were in Stay Hungry with Arnold Schwarzenegger in Alabama back in the 70s.

It’s my high school credits that I didn’t get and I’m lost in this weird mix of my middle school and high school so everything is familiar but I have no idea where to go and I keep walking into full classes and having to ask the teacher if it’s the right class

In them I’m visiting my high school and the dance director comes up to me and says “are you ready to perform?” And I’m there freaking out about having no costume and no knowledge of the choreography. I’ve talked to some alumni that were in the dance team and they have similar dreams too 😅 it might have something to do with trauma 😂

Mosh pits are about fun and all about helping each other if you fall. You get each other if you fall. The number one rule is protecting everyone if they are hurt. They are the best people mostly.

bands stop if someone falls and the people in the pit don't help them up immediately. I've seen the bands bring up kids on the stage who got caught up in the crowd.

Metal culture and mosh pits are significantly different than what happened at Travis Scott’s concert. Metalhead’s for the most part are genuinely some of those most caring souls. And moshing has its own rules - no one is out to hurt anyone. Yes, mosh pits are dangerous and you will get hurt. But no one is out to get anyone seriously injured.
Every time you guys talk about Heath having pandora it sends me because my fiancé is the same exact way. I told him it’s time for him to switch to Spotify so I booted my mom off my partner membership and added him. He still uses his pandora🙄

Tehc N9ne is the best concert I have EVER been to. He is my fav artist, saw him about 4-5 times. First time was in a grungy dive bar in Toronto and Tech knelt down to sing a verse while holding my hand. Will NEVER forget it. He is a lyrical genius.
I think the air pods with the screen makes sense bc you dont gotta take your phone out and change the song. You could use the head phones to pause, next etc. But i get confused with my bluetooth ear buds so having a screen would be better

Zane I have an implant and I have the BEST oral surgeon. He has the technology to do it at one time and it cost around $2000. Only problem is he is in Arizona. Also I feel Matt was a little dramatic about it… but I can’t tell if it’s because my doctor was so good.
Everyone has a different experience, im surprised he was put to sleep for an implant. Usually ive seen people get the treatment awake. I guess it depends on the office

I used to go to metal shows, and if anyone on the outskirts got hit... the guys in the pit formed a wall in front of the rest of us ..until the person abusing the pit was taken out. Difference being i was at a much much smaller venue... and the community really took care of each other in my hometown.
