    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    Thank you for providing this workout for free :) I have started many exercise programs but lost interest in ALL of them except for HASfit. I love your positivity and the type of mindset you create. The change in my thinking habits have been my greatest change and I am loving how it effects all aspects of my life.     Wasn't really feeling it today but wanted to keep to my 20/20/20 for the 5am club. Perfect video for this. I'm happy and sweaty in only 20min with a proper warm up and cool down. Amazing. I used either 5kg or 3kg weights which was a great amount.

    I started hero 90 two weeks ago , i can't believe how much harder it's feels , i have to take a rest between big rounds or else i can't push it to the end for the next round, and i used to add 45 min home bike ,i can't do that anymore as i feel the after effects of the workout from the new hero 90 program.
    And i unfortunately had to take a 5 day technical break, i hurted my lower back with some 1 leg raise with a chair (that's on me,i felt it to hurt but i kept going to complete each set, i did not listen.) i could barely move for some days.
    But i feel better ,ready to keep up with the program!

      Rest and slow down. Always listen to your body. We hope you get to feeling better and if you need to switch back to an easier program, do it. We want you to stay healthy both mentally and physically.

      when want to work out for a full hr and i'm bored with what they already have, i do 2 of 30 mins video or 30 mins and 20 mins video together and i like it better sometime b/c i can mix strength and core or other work outs as i need. just FYI

    Love your workouts! Currently doing the Hero 90 day program. Can you suggest an alternative to the yoga cardio workouts on the list? Will doing any of your other cardio workouts be fine?

      Yes absolutely swap it out if you'd prefer. However we do suggest add one day of stretching yoga and/or mobility work to keep you flexible.
