A big legal flaw in the story. You said Komal came to know about her adoption when she was 23. But if she was not legally adopted the name of father and mother in her certificates would be the names of her real parents. This would not have had happened because she is not uneducated and can read her certificates.
If in case the names of her adoptive parents were on her certificates then she is entitled to their property.
