Watch many Christian vs Muslim debate or discussions and the Christian is always trying to disprove Islam, never trying to prove Christianity. They always deflect from questions and try to put the Muslim on the back foot, trying to make the Muslim have to defend their position. It's a sad tactic but it's used almost every single time. May Allah SWT soften their hearts, and ours. & guide them to Islam, and keep us along the straight path. Aameen.

A better one would be if someone turned up with a old letter stating it was written down with contents relating to what the president has said about what the people must do after his death. And someone asks who sent this letter, how do we prove it really was from the president and someone replies "that isn't important, what's important is the contents and the message within" you need to first always verify if something is legitimately from that source or not.

We even know the status of the memory and even morals of each single person in the history of each single statement they had transmitted to the next person. The hadiths are transcribed and transmitted to us to this day in a way that we are given historical proof whether the hadith we are reading is strong or not. If the hadith we are reading does not contain reliability and has errors in the chain of transmission, we do not refer to it or even reject it completely. Unlike the christians who believe in gospels with anonymous writers that have no historical proof of existence. The muslims have proof of what and have been given a chain that allows us to know the reliability of what we are reading.

So if you wouldn't trust a doctor like that, how did you end up trusting the salvation of your soul on anonymous, character less individuals, with hearsay reports. If this was a case in a court it would be thrown out because there's no primary source evidence given.

The Bible was literally written down like a book. For example when 9/11 happened 22 years ago the whole world saw it. So anybody who saw can write a book about the event because we all witnessed it. Now it would be up to the historians to decide if the information in the book matches up to the historical event not match it up to the reliability of the person who wrote the book. Same thing with the gospels. Jesus death, burial and resurrection was witnessed by thousands of people. So the gospels are the most accurate account of the historical event. Doesn’t matter the author

The first one was fabricated by the church trough several conciles, without any true support from the bible, and adapted to please the romans and pagans. While the second one is a matter of empirical studies without putting God in perspective.
Muslims did never claim to comprehend God fully. We know of God only what He revealed to us, that He is absolutly One and there is no other beside Him. You can find our concept of God in surah al iklass, crystal clear without ambiguity. And God blessed us with His many wonderful names.
But you, in the other side, don't even have a firm stand on your doctrine. Many of you don't even believe that Jesus is God. And they are right, because it is against our innate disposition to believe in such thing. God is God, human is human. God doesn't die, and God is sovereign over all things. Trinity is a fabrication, but you blindly believe in it. If you want to defend it, back it up with the bible, not from people who don't even believe in God.

Those Scholars were Christians when they were studying your Bible. Some became atheist because they were studying the Bible and could no longer ignore the contradictions, fabrications, and anonymous authors.
All of these things we know are known from your Bible scholars. Bart Ehrman became an atheist because of all the suffering of kids in this world. He made it clear he didn't leave Christianity because of his findings.
But he does not sugarcoat what Scholars before him said about the verses that were added to the Scripture.
The only thing our Qur'an tells us is
2:41. And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me.
42. And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it].
2:79. So woe to those who write the "scripture" with their own hands, then say, "This is from Allah," in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.
The Qur'an doesn't go into all the specific details but it let's Muslims know that the Scripture is truth mixed with falsehood.

When did your Bible Scholars start finding out Paul's letters came first, the four Gospels were written anonymously, Mark16: 9-20 was fabricated? Way after the death of Muhammadﷺ.
The Qur'an told us someone wrote their own book calling it scripture making it seem like it was from God. And your Scholars unknowingly proved the Qur'an right.
If the Scripture was truly from God and the Qur'an was false the Bible wouldn't have fabricated verses, contradictions, or anonymous authors and the Qur'an would be wrong. But the Bible turned out to be exactly what the Qur'an claimed 1400 years ago.
A book from God wouldn't have fabricated verses, a book from God would not have contradictions, a book from God would not have two authors copying from the author of the first Gospel.
The whole NT is all about Jesus if you get rid of Jesus's words how many times would the Father be mentioned?
The NT is not about the Father it's all about Jesus. Jesus is the only person in the entire Bible who made the Father relevant and gave all praise and worship to Him alone. Other than that, everything revolves around Jesus and they give the praise and the worship to Jesus.
But the Old Testament was clear in
Deuteronmy 13:1 If there arise among you a Prophet or a dreamer of dreams and giveth thee a sign or a wonder
2. And the sign or the wonder come to pass whereof he spake unto thee saying Let us go after other gods which thou hast not known and let us serve them.
3. Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams for the Lord your God proveth you to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
But Paul created an idea of Jesus that many desire to be true. And God also warned us about that.

Only means only no room for anyone else to be included when the word only is used. Jesus excluded himself and said the Father is the ONLY true God.

Imagine that you're in a court, and there is a paper with testimonial of anonymous people saying that your guilty and saying many things about the how you did the crime, knowing that your innocent. Will the court take that paper as an evidence or will it reject it because it comes from an anonymous source? What would the judge say ? What would you say?

The argument put forth wouldn't even pass today's criteria for witness testimony in a court of law. You would think that when discussing something as critical and important as the word of God, you would care to make sure the people referenced are trustworthy.

@@Sal_AAs an African, it doesn’t make sense to me at all, but I think many are still colonized mentally. Also missionaries do so much work in Africa spreading the religion through charity work and a lot of Africans believe this is the work of Christianity so they convert.

Even in the court system where the judge is calling the witness, the whole court needs to know about the witness's background, it includes the biography about him, so that the testimony can be considered valid
The problem is no other religion can even reach the high standard of Islam. It is very meticulous when it comes to scripture and authentic hadiths. We ensure we verify everything to be 100% accurate. I just don't understand how people can blindly and carelessly follow a belief system especially when it comes to your salvation after death. Imagine for all eternity you will either go heaven or hell, why then do people become careless. An example, When it comes to our health in this world, we will try to find the best doctor, medical place, medicine, etc. We won't just listen to a random person who has no real knowledge and believe them just because they say 'trust me'.
