I have also bought the machine from Riddhi Enterprises four months back, no problem, mine is a water bottle product here in Kolhapur, whenever I call them, they provide immediate service
Sir we had shared you all details and videos of operating.
Also we had given you training on video call also.
You had purchased printer 3 years ago and at that time we had given you training how to use handy.
As you had purchased handy machine from us.
After that you had never contacted us.
At time of purchase of handy we told you that if you buy conveyor from us it is our duty to help and support you in installation.
But you had not purchased conveyor not the stand with us.
Even you had not purchased any consumables or cartridge after you purchased the printer for next 3 years.
So this is not good to blame anyone.
You are breaking everything and making videos as per your wish and spreading wrong words and misleading the audience.
Yes I had told you that what is the benefit of giving you training.
Because you will take training from us than you will buy cartridge and other things from other market place.
So why should we give you service free of cost.
Your machine is not under warranty also.
We ask you to pay installation charge but you was not ready to pay for that also.
So yes what is the benefit of us in doing this.
We are running and business and for every business their should be two way business and understanding.
It's not like that just you will enjoy everything and we are fool.
As a company why should we have a duty to give service .
Sir you are sharing proff of bill and yes had supplied you the actual product which you had paid for.
And when you get the product we had given you training on video call when you get the same.
And you was happy with the same at that time.
And we request you to please stop spreading wrong information to the people's And share 100% actual things not the 10% facts.
And very very thanks for sharing this video and giving us knowledge of how the customers do.
We had deleted the videos and other things which we had shared for their support because they where giving us damki and using false languages .
So we told that that we will not give any support to you and what is the benefit of giving support to you.
Lastly you shown a message that we are asking for money for installation.
People's please advice everyone that if the product is not under warranty .
Customer is buying their other assembly from market and than also they want service from us free of cost than how can we do that.

@@kashmirhitsongs5730 sir we also have some limitations....just call back your mind and check i told you that check the video and do the installation as i am currently busy ....but you did not have patience you want everything immediately and that too free of cost....why should i give you free of cost service.Your printer is not under warranty.
I have 6 machines of ridhi Enterprise,pune and they are running perfectly fine.superb after sales support.i am in the industry for 20 yrs and i found this company trustworty not like other companies.even i have referred my friends also and they have buyed from Ridhi and are very happy.Agar apko sab free me cahiye to likh do kewal free dene wale ya dan karne wale apke pas ayenge but dont blame any good company reputation.apne uparwale se daro bhai.

Hello Maine 2 years pehle hi Printer liya tha mera printer bahut Achha chal raha hai abhi 4 month pehle hi mere printer ka trigger khrab hua tha charges laga Rs.1450 only abhi mera printer Achcha chal Raha hai.Ridhi Enterprise ki service best Hai👍😊
