Baked new potatoes with dill, butter and garlic

  • Baked new potato recipe with dill butter and garlic. Ingredients (2 servings):
    • 5-600 g of small new potatoes
    • Two tablespoons of oil
    • A teaspoon full of soft butter
    • 4 large cloves of garlic
    • A dill bunch
    • Salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (392 F), heat up and down, plus ventilation.
    For the recipe for new baked potatoes, they can be as small as possible. If they are smaller than a walnut, they can be cooked whole. If they are larger, then they should be cut in half.
    If you have a cast iron pot, use it. Put the potatoes in it, add a tablespoon of oil, then sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Put in the preheated oven until they are nicely browned on all sides and are completely cooked (~ 50 min). All this time I mixed twice in the bowl.
    Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the garlic. Now you need to know when to add garlic. If you put it directly in the hot pot, the garlic also cooks from the heat, changes its flavor, and becomes much softer - it is no longer hot. If you want this to be perfect, then do so.
    If you want the garlic to stay faster, leave the potatoes to cool for 10 minutes, add a teaspoon of butter for flavor, but also to make all the ingredients slip and mix well. Only then add the garlic given by the press.
    Add salt and pepper to taste if needed, and add chopped dill in abundance.

    Daca vreti sa dureze mai putin gatirea lor la cupor, ii puteti fierbe timp de aprox 4 minute si se vor coace in vreo 25 min.

    Din cauza scumpirii exagerate a energiei electrice, eu am fiert cartofii noi la foc mic 20' şi apoi am urmat indicațiile Mihaelei, însă cu reducerea coacerii in cuptor la 20', evident din motive pur economice, iar rezultatul a fost identic, uşor moi in interior şi crocanți la exterior ...💔

    Dacă avem aragaz normal ,fără ventilație și cu foc jos doar ,este posibil sa nu iasă la fel ,nu ?????

      Ar trebui sa va iasa foarte bine. Verificati-i mai des si amestecati-i, ca sa fiti sigura ca se gatesc uniform.

    Dacă a ți gătit cartofii in tigaie de fontă cartofii nu au luat gust de fontă?
    Ca eu am gătit în ea ceva si mi s a părut că are gustul acela

      nu imprumuta nici un miros, am vase de fonta si gatesc in ele cu placere. Daca vasul e cumparat recent si nu a fost folosit, intai sa ii faceti asezonarea, daca cumva nu au facut acest procedeu fabricantul.

    nici mie nu-mi place mararul,nu ii vad locul in sarmale sau chiftele..dar in cartofii noi si mazare,e musai.
