- This is an unboxing and review of the new Sideshow Collectibles Premium Format Imperial Probe Droid! I also compare it to the Sideshow 1/6 scale Imperial Probe Droid for a side by side comparison. This probe droid is 1/4 scale and I compare it to the 1/6 scale version. I love the probe droid from empire strikes back and Andor and this will definitely become a grail piece in any star wars collection!

Yeah Jason is awesome! I have the 1/6 too but that size is really cool. I remember when it came out as a kid and it was called the "Probot"!!
I received mine today and it is awesome. They only thing I was a little disappointed in is that it didn't come in an art box.
Love it, time for Sideshow to revisit the Speederbike and give us another 1/4 scale.
The PF Biker Scout on the Speeder is one of my favorites!
Awesome review. Missed the preorder. Joined the waitlist.
Thanks!
Aw man hopefully you get one!
Nice grab! Too bad they didn't do a half scale.
Wwoww that is stunning.. I love that it moves and has the movie sound
The lights and sounds are so cool
Thanks for the preview looks awesome !
waiting to get off work next week to pick up mine
Awesome!
I ordered mine from Australia. With the exchange rate and customs duty, it is just shy of $2,000 AUD, so something to be mindful of.
Invoice from Sideshow
(all figures are in USD)
Subtotal: $875.00
Sales Tax: $0.00
Shipping: $227.93
I live in a major eastern seaboard city of Australia - not remote
Total:
Includes $87.50 NRD
$1,102.93
This is USD, so AUD is $1,625.85
Customs import duty paid to DHL is $347.34 AUD -this is non-negotiable, so if you don't pay it, your item won't get to you.
So, the final price was $1,972.99 AUD
I purchased a RoboCain figure (Chronicle Collectibles) a few years ago and had a bit of a fright once I did the final sums.
Any overseas collector obviously understands the "toy tariff" that these items incur, HOWEVER, saying that, we don't acquire them because of the price...do we?
😂
Beautiful piece and pristine collection, Congrats! Have you thought about replacing the rods for translucent acrylic rods? It gives a floating effect that looks really nice.
Is this heavy? What is it made out of? Polystone? Plastic? Excellent video thank you.
I was wondering the same thing
Absolutely love this!!😍😍…. Love the sound effects! Wished the arms articulated… still love it though
I agree!
What did it cost? I’m definitely a huge fan of the Imperial Probe Droid!
It was about $1000
@@StarWarsReplicas not even gonna lie, it’s worth it if you have the means. Absolutely stunning.
Are all sideshow collectables premium format 1/4 scale?
LMAO $875 - beautiful though. still way. too. much.
High end collectibles aren't for everyone. Like it or not, it's the going rate for licensed Star Wars collectibles of this scale.
Blessed, not Lucky
