D DAY!!! D SELF CARE SUNDAYS. Get you ready and energized for the week. So glad this is a prelude to my days. D ALWAYS makes my day brighter! 🥰🥰🥰
[Period cups] i used the period cups on my batchelorette's weekend. I packed all white and I was at the beach. I had 9 white bathing suits. I didnt wanna chance it with a pad and leak on anything. I was taking pics everywhere. I used the diva cup and honey it was great. No leaks and you can wear it up to 12 hrs (NO ODOR AT ALL) the menses are collected in the cup when it's inserted. After a couple of hrs dump and rinse and put it back. In between cycles boil it in hot water to sanitize. You can keep it for up to 3 yrs. I change mines once a year. 12 months= 12 uses.

Native is such a gooooood body wash, they’re sold in Target and you looked right past them. It’s one of my favorite body washes.
I switched over to using a cup at the beginning of the year & I’ll NEVER turn back to tampons. The cup is much more comfortable & hold more to me. I bought mine from Amazon & it came with 2 different sizes for those with a heavier flow. It takes a sec to figure out the best way for you to insert (everyone is different). But it’s the best. I also use the Always overnight underwear at night.
So how clean is when it come to taking it out & putting it back in during your menstrual?
