But they are advancing. Japan only recently banned child pornography and child hentai pornography. Most characters in hentai were underage. But even in anime you see young girls being sexualized and there are lots of child hentai on the internet. The women now want to look cute for men and not for themselves but as they are being influenced by other societies (America, UK, etc.) They start to change their views. Like for example this song. It's obviously EDM inspired but also it's a more nature look and sound compared to Sexy Love and their early stuff. But girl groups are starting to be more mature and sexier for themselves. But there's also the side that copies deliberately what the western culture does or the stereotypes of that culture.
