From what I can understand, it's not really a story, the creator is just talking about the details and style of this piece of music as well as the inspirations behind it. I mean they sorta did talk about the atmosphere/theme they want to paint but that's about it.
Someday, someway, we will see the release by Rigel Theatre with *normal dynamic range* and without overcompression, and overall with a proper feeling of life behing the production, not just "boom boom megamix for bass-boosted cars 2017".
