Being able to store the battery in better temperature and atmospheric conditions will give the cells a better lifetime and will also mean you can charge the battery when it isn’t too hot or too cold if you are doing this at normal room temperature instead of the cold or hot extremes that the battery can be subjected to in sheds, garages etc.
I think this one ticks every box. The only others that come close either are very much more expensive or are clearly an electric adaptation of a non-electric bike (so, rear drive, battery over the back wheel, that kind of thing).

Yes, absolutely, I would recommend the hub version if you are starting and stopping on hills. You will be able to change gear whilst stationary. :)

You say the screens can be updated on these? What other types of screens can you have?
Purion, Intuvia, Kiox, Nyon and Smartphone Hub. All great in their own way.

Are you able to mount a child cart on the back?
Yes you can fix a trailer to the back.
