I can only speak from my experience and her claims just aren’t logical for this SA survivor. One hotel room is probable for an affair and “him” saying they made a mistake sounds like an affair. And I understand him suing her if she has been trying to extort for months. I'm not a fan of Garth, and some of that is due to his political views. In my opinion, and everyone has one, there had to be something going on before him and trisha got divorced from their spouses. In his Case DNA inadmissable, eye witness testimony inadmissable, expert testimony, inadmissable. The difference here is that you have the money to defend yourself against these allegations, My husband didn't have any money to defend himself. Wishing you all the best.

You DON'T KNOW that Garth is innocent, so this is ludicrous!! Also, I think we can find proof that he rented one hotel room or not, plus the woman has some texts that were not deleted, plus audio recordings. I hope you feel like a fool if all of those prove him guilty. But, like you stated, he has a lot of money to defend himself, so he could go free, even if guilty. I'm just wondering if you are jumping prematurely into defending Garth Brooks, when you don't know if he is guilty, the same way you are jumping into defending your husband??

You are entitled to express your opinions, but have you ever had your own life destroyed by lies? Why did this woman wait for 5 yrs to file a complaint against Garth If there was any Truth to her claim?
My husband is innocent and was incarcerated for something that he didn't even do, The Justice system is compromised and corrupt and I will tell anyone including Garth don't be fooled to think you will be treated fairly by it. I know that's a fact I am living it.
Can you give me back the time we lost with our family?
Can you give us back our dignity and respect we had prior to these false allegations?
My entire family has passed away and I couldn't be with them at the time because of this case.

I'm not a fan of Garth, and some of that is due to his political views. In my opinion, and everyone has one, there had to be something going on before him and trisha got divorced from their spouses. Even if there wasn't physical contact, if you have thoughts of another, its still cheating. People in the limelight believe they are above the law. But i will say this, if i was in her place, i would have not consented to staying in the same room, get another room or i leave, no matter how much money. It seems pretty simple to me, check flight logs and check hotel booking logs. If this is not his usual way of doing things, I'd say something happened. Being a survivor of CDV, which i know is completely different, you are embarrassed of the incidents that happened. It took me years to finally say anything even to family. If it did happen, give the a woman a break. Odds are something happened.

I am not a "Garth Follower." I am a survivor of SA. I believe this was an affair, and she didn't get the outcome of the affair she wanted. I think GB is a serial cheater, but imo, i don't believe he is a Rap*st. If there was only one hotel room, it wasn't because he was too cheap to get her one. Garth, other men, unfortunately you need to stop going places alone with women. I am an honest woman, but some women are scandalous. I am sure GB has had other affairs since being with Trisha, some woman can handle it when it ends, some can not.

3 sides to every story. His,Hers and the truth.If I had to guess a flirtation led to something more and it didn’t end well. I don’t like having to think a victim could be lying but history has proven in the past that it does happen and the only ones they are hurting are the true victims who fear nobody will believe them so they don’t report it. The victim in this case,only wanting a money settlement and not criminal charges against him,seems sketchy to me.
