Hi, can you recommend someone I live in New Bedford, Mass, 02744 I have No hands and have injured my wrist I should say it was my fingers and 90% of my hands that were amputated. The Lunate, Pisiform, Hamate, and Ulna all hurt, I had fallen about two years back and had noticed my shoulder when I slept on my left would hurt. My arm seemed like it was going numb so I thought "Lack of blood flow" So I started to do push-up's they were getting too easy so I switched them up. That's when my forearm started to feel like it broke at the hospital they gave me an x-ray of my shoulder and forearm nothing. I just found out from some sports Dr, on youtube shoulder pain caused by to many pushups no stretching so I started to stretch felt better. I started doing pushups again. Now, I have "the pain in my wrist" (Left one) it feels like it is broken but it's not. The bones I mentioned above are the ones that hurt I looked on a medical picture. Anyway, I was watching a few of this Dr's videos and wanted to know if you had any recommendations. thanks' Manuel M.
