White bumps are know medically as “Hyperkeratosis pillar”, hyper= excess, keratosis= keratin a skin protein, pillar= hair follicles, u can pop these like pimples, and u get a plug of keratin, not pus, and usually a hair that Could not grow through skin plug, these are mainly result skin variation, and also predisposition to type II diabetes, diabetes where insulin no work properly from excess weight in fat, fat is metabolic tissue used as storage.

Those white bumps on the upper arm are very common in people with gluten intolerance. Had them as a child, along with chronic constipation and arthritis in my knees. They called them growing pains.
I asked my mother about the bu ps and was told it was common in the family.
When finally diagnosed at age 47, all issues went away.
I get canker sores from raw apples.

When I was severely iron deficient, I craved chlorine filled cold water. I wanted to drink and bathe in it constantly. Pica and weird cravings like dirt or nails is often a sign of iron deficiency. At the same time I was having heart palpitations, regularly passing out and couldn't concentrate on doing my job which I usually did without an issue. My brain just wouldn't work.

I had been taking vitamins regularly and suddenly stopped because of a sudden family emergency situation that was very stressful. I had never had restless legs and thought of them as not being able to keep them still while sleeping. I didn’t realize that they were painful. Started taking magnesium again along with the rest of my supplements and they magically calmed down. The pain was burning in the knees to pain from the knees to ankles. It was bad enough to wake me up from a deep sleep. Amazing and frightening.

canker sores can be healed with vitamin B-2 in 2 days, while there is methionine vitamin B-2 starts building of cell walls in Krebs cycle. however, homocysteine resulting from used up methionine needs to be recycled for this body needs vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and folic acid. unrecycled homocysteine cause blood to cloot in cold weather sugar is a factor too.

    Hello, Dr. LeGrand;
You asked for so here it is, if you can't help me at least maybe I helped your algorithm.
I'm 69, have asbestosis, COPD, fatty liver (from steroids), & pyroluria.
So not the healthiest old guy but doing good (I thought) for my age. etc.
Early last February I had some kind of crash.
I had trouble sleeping, no matter how long I was awake when I went to sleep I would wake up, wide awake, after 10-30 minutes. One night I awoke after exactly 14 minutes, three times, so I slept sitting in a chair. That was after a long day, 17-18 hrs.
I've taken tons of supplements trying to resolve this, it is better but sometimes I still awaken after just 2-3 hours. At least now I can usually go back to sleep.
When it started I had a tingly feeling in my extremities, lower arms & legs, now it's just in my legs, mid-calf to ankles or so, sometimes I hardly feel it, others it's worse.
At the worst I had to stay up 2-3 days to be able to sleep maybe 4-5 hours.
I'm still very tired despite sleeping 5-6 hrs or more occasionally.
I also had serious 'cognitive issues' & the strangest sense of foreboding & disquitetude.
I also saw some kind of optical disturbances, like shadows or 'spots' moving out of the corner of my eye.
I'm still very tired & much weaker than usual, for me.
I've been to a 'doctor', what a waste, if I weren't suffering I'd call it a joke, I was told it is "low thyroid", which I've had for years (untreated) but suddenly it caused all these symptoms?
    I don't think so.
If you care to reply, either here or at < th-cam.com/video/mCFlMqoGppE/w-d-xo.html >, I'd by happy to hear your opinion.

Celiac disease can cause many of these, because it's an autoimmune disorder caused by gluten which causes damaged to the small intestine, which makes it unable to absorb nutrients...so your body can be lacking many nutrients resulting in malnutrition.
About 1% of the population has celiac, including me. It's often overlooked as a cause.
A simple inexpensive blood test can be used to determine of that might be the culprit.
I ended up having many vitamin deficiencies and trouble absorbing medication regardless of eating.
Get checked if you continue to have deficiencies that don't resolve after attempted treatment.

Tingling hands and feet could also be a symptom of spinal cord injury. Well, it's probably not hands AND feet, but if your toes are numb, or your fingers, it could be a crushed vertebrae pinching the nerve that ends at your feet or hands. If it's your feet it is probably the L4 or L5 vertebra, and a much higher vertebrae if it's in your hands.
I slipped a disc loading a catering van but at first I thought maybe I was getting diabetes because my big toes felt painful and then over time they became numb. For a while it even felt like I had wet socks on all the time.
Then a year or two later my hands started to tingle from another slipped disc from reaching up to pull down thirty pound boxes from a shelf in a walk in freezer every day.

I have white bumps, it keratin that move into hair follicles because it get made to quickly, if you diabetic, eat sugar, ur body can’t use it all, some people get a head rush, because the brain, heart, liver, kidney, skin react, and use sugar without need for insulin, so all excess get put there, keratin proliferates more quickly than ur body can shed old dry skin, most people who have are over weight, it runs in some families, ask parents if diabetes runs in family, this could save u from need kidney dialysis in future, because the vital organs need fuel to keep u alive, body make sure they get preferred treatment but end up in long term damage, from excess, that why this are organ to be damage from high sugar which acts as a fuel, gas is good I gas tank, but if it spilled on to paint, leather seats it ruins the car, sugar needs to be stored in muscle, and liver and should only be free circulating at a low normal level in bloodstream.

Not me more worried about if I have hypochondria or not than any defficiency.
If this is not evident enough all "foods" only contain cellulose water and sugar I do not know what actually ever will.
To put this frankly too i already know there are none chemically altered nutrients at all.
Not even wildlife animals are not chemically altered anymore, yet there are species which are picky eaters and there are species out there who would not regret eating humanbeings in even one heartbeat.
