Here’s the in game description of the ult for those of you that don’t know what it does: The user activates their Karma Seal, which creates a field of energy that resets Ninjutsu stocks and reduces the Secret Technique gauges of enemies that stay in its area of effect, as well as greatly increasing the user's defense and ninjutsu damage for 10 seconds after the technique itself ends.(when you deactivate jutsu your attack power increases greatly so I suggest as soon as you get your ult start it up and deactivate right away for the power boost because the other part of it is useless unless you’re trying to play defensively)
the ult is kinda busted sometimes because no one can hit you with a ninjutsu or ultimate ( you absorbs ultimates) and afterwards you get a 60% damage boost and defense boost

Reno when u use boruto stream u can hold it down and run with it,if someone attacks u a lightning style move will stun then u will teleport behind them and do the rasengan
Yo I noticed that you didn’t know how the Jutsus worked and I just wanted to tell you the descriptions so you could use karma boruto. Boruto stream is used as an attack move or a counter because when someone hits you while ur holding the hand signs, you shock them with a lightning clone automatically and then substitute behind them and rasengan them. It’s a guaranteed hit. And the lightning water move you have to like, just hit it, but be careful. And the ultimate is actually op. It stops all ultimates, resets everyone’s ninjutsu and subs, it stops chakra forms, and it leaves you invincible after because you get a MASSIVE defense and damage buff.
