K91 also has excellent camo rating. I use a secondary loadout with cvs, low noise exhaust, vents and full camo crew. With food and concealment module you can achieve 50% stationary camo and 42% moving camo. In a no light tank game or 1 light tank game, k91 is an excellent scout.

I am currently grinding full mod for obj 416, never have i planned to grind further down the line...until this buff. Was tier 9 frustrating for you compared to other tier 9 mt?

In my opinion, K-91 with fully rotatable turret is good enough because he had dpm close to 140, 62A etc. and he already has the fastest ammunition in the game (1700m/s) on apcr, so the dpm change was no needed. Now as he has this crazy dpm it might be too powerful. I’d say that buffs for the line to K-91 are good and needed but as for the K-91 itself the best change would be this turret buff and that already makes K-91 worth playing, so idk if anyone agrees with me but as I said, fully rotatable turret is enough 🤔
The low dmg not being able to permanently track is still a big No No 😅 Good dpm is still not enough for regular players. I personally think it will be a very good tank after the buff 💪
After this buff I am waiting for the changes in amx 30B. I played this tank a few years ago on the test server and it was quite enjoyable. I imagine it would be a hell of a tank with a few tweaks for example in its alpha dmg and penetration.
I think changes are really nice, if you meet 907, 140 or centurion hull down you have no chance, now you will have chance because you can just rush them and outDPM them, still it will be hard tank to play with (if you not sniping from the redline). Im little bit scared of how it will look on random, because I feel like platoon of K-91 would easily win a game on their own, and if people will do crazy numbers with it, it will be nerfed soon... I really love the K-91 because of amazing camo, accurate gun, fast shells, good penetration and im scared of potential nerf in the future
Still k91 has really decent 9 degree gun depression. I think they should give it 3150 base DPM instead of 3300. However test server k91 is probably not going to break Ballance because it is not a fast tank, it's armour is quite hard to make effective and most importantly DMG per shot is low. Only good players are able to make use of great DPM&low DMG guns. (Not talking about rare situations when enemy is exposed for a long time).
Regarding the repair and med kits, I feel like it Improves the gameplay of f2p players, as 20,000 credits per larger repair/med kit costs me a fortune.
My opinion is that with the planned changes (K-91, Batchat, but also with Vickers) they are trying to do something and that is absolutely positive, however for the average player these changes will encourage camping because they will not be able to use them fully. In randoms the game is pretty campy already so I think this is a sub-optimal approach. However, for CW (7v7) these changes might be great. So I'm happy.
Everyone is celebrating the update, but I'm really concerned about the route WG is taking. Everything becomes faster & more reliable. Does this sound familiar? Yes, it's powercreeping. And powercreeping results in only one thing, more roflstomps, more 3-15 15-3 3-min battles. Why? Because faster & more reliable tanks make mistakes more punishing, leaving bigger windows for those who can abuse the gap to make the battle become one-sided. That's the last thing we ever want in WoT. For those who play with the K-91, they'll be happy with how often they can shoot. But for the other 29 players, it's a different story.
You are mistaken, battle times have not changed in years, being bit over 7 mins, dpms, speed, whatever else have almost no impact on average battle time. Single biggest factor in game duration is map, and pretty much nothing else. 2 examples - Prokorofka avg game almost 10 min, Ensk - not even 5 min, kinda obvious why. As for rofl stomps, yes, those have increases over years, but is it really because wg is powercreeping? who knows...

Tank balancing doesn't make that big of a difference on how often roflstomps happen, but it does contribute to our current shitshow. So, isn't it obvious how powercreep impacts the game? For years, I actually mean, in far 2013 games were shorter, my guess due to 3--4 arties oneshotting tanks every game, and it stabilized ~2015, and hasnt changed since. Also on wot forum there were people with personal data confirming it. Sadly forums are gone, there were a lot of topics about this(only place where I have actually seen any data about roflstomps). Also isnt how this game works - couple people having fun, shitting on others? You dont even have to use op tank, pick arty or FV and you are good to go...
The reason why Xin play with the K-91 having a Stabilizer installed is the very same reason why my ShPTK TVP has a Bounty Rotation. All for stabilization. These 2 tanks fire extremely often, they simply need as good stabilization as possible. Because you're on the move most of time, so even decent stabilization feels very unpleasant as you need to stop to aim constantly. Stabilizer just makes it feel natural.
as a NZLAV crewman we often tell the infantry guys that work with us that if we rotate too many times in one direction the turret will unscrew and I recently found out my buddy who is a LAV gunner wasn't sure if this was true or not LMAO
Not even nearly the same proposal. The specific issues that players complained about have been almost entirely addressed and there are many things that will be much better in this version.
This tank has high skill cap, because it's back-turreted, has low alpha and almost no gun depression. So if they buff it to make it more attractive, it fails for this very reason, but it gets overpowered in good player hands as you showed us. Only the full traversal turret is really something that it makes easier to play in some situations. I think they shouldn't buff a not played tank with all the other changes in patch that much. I mean almost no change there but the reload time increase is a significant one. Together with those skills a bad thing. But maybe it's more broken to introduce those skills you mentioned on fisherman bay. You could also observe there, that this tank is too small for some covers. That is maybe also one thing that makes it harder to just go into that tank and play it as others. Great video as always!
I love everything they are doing for the K-91 but it still doesn't have the same turret armor as the old tier 9 OBJ. 430 II had back in the day. I wish they had made the K-91 with strong turret armor like the 430u.
i loved the fact that this line of tanks had that diferent turret so we had diferent gameplay...was my favorite medium the tier 9 maybe because few people play with it so the gameplay does not seem rigged like "broken" tanks are to free to play players that are always ghosting shells and sending shells out of reticle with less then .3 dispersion
Even if the reload isn't reduced, my biggest complaint about the K-91 was that the turret wasn't fully traversable. Even if that's the only change made to the tank, I'll be happy as it's my favourite Tier X medium. Even if it's super tricky to play.
Even in its current state K-9 is a beast if the player is good at the game. If somebody is curious about what this tank is capable of, just look into one if Stanlox session. I personally also enjoy the tank. The gun is laser. Honestly I suffer more from not having enough ammo than any of the other downsides like the not fully rotatable turret. 🙋🏼♂️

its sad that 416 does not get fully traversable turret and stays at -70°/70°, as its my favourite tank from this line right now, because it has the best camo rating. I love that 430 II will be an easier stock grind, but even then it's just a bad version of 416. After the changes k91 will probably be worth it, as it right now has no reason to be in the game.

I think the unique thing that the k91 had was the fact that it did not have a fully rotating turret and in my opinion this feature should not have been changed. A buff may be okay but I don't know if reducing the reload time is the best thing as the dpm was already very high and doing so makes battles even faster, perhaps it would have been better to touch other features of the tank. Let me know what you think.
I am already enjoying k91 on the live server, have about 40 battles with it, 70% winrate, average damage 2900... if will receive this buff 😮 it will be nuts
I would say fully rotateable turret was necessary for K-91, but the decrease of the reaload time seems to me too much. Of course it will be okay to buff reload as well but not that much. It should never exceed badgers dpm.
I think if wargaming wanna get a new player. They have to lower the experience to upgrade tank from stock to fully upgraded. And move the experience requirement to go next tier tank
I think this change is very good, while we cannot know for sure how this change is going to impact the meta. I am ok with this thing being a bit more to the op side since the meta has been the same for many years.
Might be OP for better players on certain maps, but the vast majority of players in the game (NA speaking) are quite bad. More so, with the fast reload, they miss more, and lose more credits, so it will be played a bunch at first, and then the baddies will stop as they are losing too much credits. Mines been sitting in the garage for years, maybe played a hand full of times in the last couple. I'll likely bring it out to try, but more excited about the BC25 changes than this.
I would love to see more K91 gameplay. The gun reminds me of T100LTs gun. These russian guns feel soo cool for some reason, although accuracy is not the best
I think the best decision would be to buff dpm or make a rotatable turret. It would be enough. Cause It is not so popular because of its turret so its hard to show high results and enjoy))

That buff seems a bit excessive. Sure, it won't break the entire game like amx 54 did because this tank is still a lot harder to play. But the dpm and great camo make it seem like an e25 at t10 and that's a scary thought

Okay, I'm confused. Is this the KP91TD or the Kunze Panzer medium? I ask because the Kunze Panzer medium has the turret in the middle, while the KP91TD has the turret at the rear.
k91 buff might be a little too big, dpm and accuracy was already decent, but now you get full turret AND more dpm??? 0.6 reload buff is quite big for fast firing gun in my opinion but idk.
You can only rotate it 12 times at max to one side. after that it acts like a spring and spins fast around the other side.

This officially kills the t62a it was playable in onslaught bc its reload got to 4.74 in onslaught with ability active

I love the K-91. I play it as a sniper. It's low profile makes it hard for enemy to spot, and it moves fast.

K-91 is now an auto loader with no downtime to load a mag. It's looking pretty sweet.

That buff seems a bit excessive. Sure, it won't break the entire game like amx 54 did because this tank is still a lot harder to play. But the dpm and great camo make it seem like an e25 at t10 and that's a scary thought

That DPM is "unhealthy", I don't know the current state of the game because I didn't played in a long time but I feel like it's excessive.
Sadly tracks are made of jello, I am tracked 3 or 4 times per game. Have to waste a slot for increased survivability, or stay back like a paper TD.
for me 360 degree turet is good change but 4 seconds reload is for 5 tiers not for 10. its too much dpm

Okay, I'm confused. Is this the KP91TD or the Kunze Panzer medium? I ask because the Kunze Panzer medium has the turret in the middle, while the KP91TD has the turret at the rear.

k91 buff might be a little too big, dpm and accuracy was already decent, but now you get full turret AND more dpm??? 0.6 reload buff is quite big for fast firing gun in my opinion but idk.
