My friend its all a learning curve when it comes to doing a video, what I do now is set up my camera then take the heli to the air do a quick 30second flight then land and watch the video back to make sure I get it in frame and adjust if needed. Massive thanks for the shout out truly means alot and I'm glad you enjoy my videos. I've been on holiday recently so haven't been flying 🤞I'm at the field tommrow so hopefully I'll get a video in. I will totally agree with you about your ability in flying with less than 100 flights in 3d is definitely a great achievement. What I will say is that having a bigger heli such as my 450lp or the rs4 and being able to fly them around confidently definitely takes away any and I mean any nerves when it comes to flying my m2evo. I poped out Friday when I got back from holiday hadn't flown it for 3 weeks so I was super nervous about forgetting the feel. My friend after 30 seconds in the air boom I was back to it again. Great to see you out and loving your helis seriously happy for you. Happy and safe flying buddy. Oh just to let you know that midland helicopter has a sale on the m4 combo kit at the moment. Its about £400 uk pounds which is a steal. But if you did look into getting a bigger heli. Look into the align trex tb40 combo kit a few people at my club have them and they are as good as my rs4 at a lower cost, hope this info helps In sum way. All the best buddy 👍🏻
Thank you so much! Can't wait to see your latest video! I'm going to do a short video sometime this weekend on my current Heli Fleet, that will show you what I have, but just haven't flown yet. Again, thank you my friend...
I love my S2, as well. Took mine out of the box, checked screws and blade tightness, bound it to my Eachine E6 transmitter, did a drift calibration and have at lease 25 satisfying, no issues flights to date. Same exact procedure used on my S1.
It's a great Heli. I fly OMP M1's and M2's as well. I'm just getting into the Goosky's which are essentially the same thing, as Goosky's design team are the old OMP design team. They weren't being treated well at OMP money wise. So 2 brother's that own Goosky asked them in December of 2023 if they would like to come over to them, where they would be treated much better pay wise. I've noticed there are a few small differences in the flying characteristics between the 2. I now like the Goosky S1 and S2 over the OMP M1 and M2. They fly longer, have more power, and just feel sharper and more crisp in the air. Don't get me wrong, lol I still LOVE my OMP's!! I'm halfway through building a Goosky RS4 Venom, and I also have an OMP M4 Max still waiting to be built. Please Subscribe if you'd like. Thanks!
My Lord, I'm long winded. I'm sorry about that guys. you can just stop watching after I land, as I babble on for several minutes after. I notice when I'm pulling a maneuver, I NEED to Aim my head up higher, as it's missing the whole thing.
Loved the video,I’m going to have to get one of these,I also have the blade fusion 360,and I changed all my cyclic servos to the Torq, some one said I can’t use the Torq for the tail,do you know if I can use the Torq servo for the tail, also what kind of main gear do you recommend for the fusion 360?thank you sir.
Hi Glenn, thank you for the comments and the question. I never flew my Fusion 360 S3 SMART. I bought those servos, as I knew from what I said in this video, all that I've see, they were junk. I didn't install any of the servos, or the Delrin Main gear either. I kept going back and forth on whether to sell it, and buy a 400 sized heli Kit from Goosky or OMP, The final decision for me was to just sell it, along with all the extras I purchased for it. I decided to buy both the OMP M4 Max kit with servos and ESC, as well as the Goosky RS4 Venom with servos, and the ESC. I'm going to put an IKON2 in it with a Spectrum receiver in it. I'm a little over half way through with building the Venom, and want to finish it up on Sunday. I read that the 604T tail servo is the "Way to Go" along with those KST DS215 v3.0 servos for the 360 Fusion S3 Smart. They're all supposed to fit perfectly fine, without any modifications. I bought that Delrin Main Gear from eBay, which is also available from MicroHeli's website. I'm sure the stock main gear is fine, but I could just just tell from the 230S V2 that I had, it's the SAME material for the main gear, and was very soft. I even started camming out the main gear simply by holding it with a little pressure, going over it before the 1 spool up I did attempting a first flight. I cut the power after how terrible it hovered, boxed it up and sold it as well. PLEASE get back to me and tell me if you got the servos to fit as they should. Also, yes after flying it a few times I'd just look at that main gear and make sure it's still looks good after each flight. But I would have one of the Delrin 360 Fusion Main gears as a spare in case it does cam out, or and teeth get worn or start bending.
