I got to know Band Nah through that survival show Great Seoul Invasion and I even have a few of their song on my K-band playlist. The vocalist seems to be a very cool guy and the band have a nice sound, kinda indie/retro.
I was so excited this Rising Voice for ONEWE! Dongmyeong and Yonghoon both sound fantastic, with wonderful control. Yonghoon's range and the emotion he puts into his voice are incredible, and Dongmyeong has one of my favorite voices because of its unique tone, so warm and velvety!
Yes, he said that there is a new BandNah song coming out in May. And Yonghoon said they chose Eraser because they perform it a lot at festivals. Festival bands was sort of the theme of this rising voice session. As for A.I., I assume they chose it because it lets Dongmyeong's jazzy vocals shine. It's one of my favorite songs for that reason. 😊
On A.I., it was originally Giuk's part that Yonghoon was singing during that exchange. Surprisingly, they also did a part change for the final verse of Beautiful Ashes. Dongmyeong did the final high, sustained note (originally Yonghoon's) while Yonghoon did the soft vocal part (originally Giuk's)
