Italy gets stabilization at 9.0 with the OF-40mk.2 not quite as bad as france 9.0 without (according to you, I haven't checked) but 8.3 italy (I don't think Italy even has 8.7) is hell
Glorious and underrated scout. Keep in mind, the Shaleighlegh missile is far better than HEAT. Just pack some HEAT just in case you go into close quarters combat.

I think its why despite having APDS, I load the APHE so that I can easily fragmentation side armor.
