Same but I was on a field trip and it was mostly boys so we had to cross this dam and there was water on one side and the other was land it was also very windy that day so I was just standing there shaking once they all saw me at the start they tried helping me but I told them no and the supervisor came back and took me a different way after that I felt embarrassed and traumatized

He was in no immediate danger in any of those situations, the viewing platform is sturdy and is designed to support up to a certain weight and so were the stairs. I can understand ferris wheels and cable cars being a little scarier because they’re “dangling” but still those are desgined to do what they do, and are probably safer than crossing the street.
