@@rebel4466 You forget this took 8 years to make and not 2 years. With around 15 employees that's 120 years of wages. If you want to be extremely conservative you can use the average wage around $56 000 year in Denmark to extrapolate the cost to develope the game to be 6,5 million dollars. This is not accounting for the high wages of artists, programmers and designers. Add on top of that contractors like voice actors, artists, mandatory pension plans, retirement contributions and office expenses. Easily a 10 million flop.
Make Dustborn great again (and by again, we mean for the first time) (and by great, we mean delete the game) (and by Dustborn, we mean… let’s just say… my peanitz)
cant believe this shit got a 7/10 on IGN when postal 2 got a 5.5 funnier still are the community ratings, whereas dustborn got a 3.4 compared to postal 2's 7.8/10
@markisaki979 yeah, and it's actually fun + the dumbass guitar hero minigame is literally just giving Great Replacement conspiracy theorists (figurative) ammo
@@a_man_of_many_screamsWhich is the most screwed up thing out of the entire deal. If the game is supposed to be a vehicle for ideology, wouldn't you want your ideology to sound benevolent and attractive rather than outright threatening and validating people's fears?
The difference is Postal 2 is aware of the contemporary politics but chose to mock and offend it rather than push an agenda and that’s really why it’s entertaining
About 2/3 of the way done with the game wish it ended sooner 😢 the end of the game is basically incomplete so the last like 5 stops are all in 20 minutes
The pain transfer almost ended me. There should be a trigger warning and a health warning: Contains 9001% of daily recommended limit of cringe per serving.
"you alone on this one brother" ass charts 😭
This video has more views during the first 10 mins than people playing Dustborn
Your comment has more likes than people playing Dustborn
That's just a participation award at this point
Main character is cotton farmer
I think these guys have made more money making videos about dustborne then the developers made selling dustborne
They've won by default if they aren't bankrupt by the end of this series.
god i hope so, that'd be really funny
The devs didn't need to sell games. They got over 1.5 million in funding for the project

Apparently, Pax's Voice Actress was given zero directions on any of her dialogue. The Voice actress is normally decent at her job, or so I've heard.
I'd say that too if I was credited on anything of such quality.
You two are the only thing making this game watchable. Kudos.
Yes, but at what cost?
You are the average player if you are the only one
POG another modern audience! WE ARE GONNA SAVE DUSTBORN WITH THIS ONE!

Postal 2 is the literal opposite of this game. It offends people but in an entertaining way

They have pushed their agenda in the worst way possible, IGN paid actor?

The game is clearly the new porn, I’ve been missing out 😔
Thats as outrageous as your username.

Fell off + L + ratio + Rip Bozo = Dustborn
We're so back
We’re like an old manual car going up a steep hill
The "game" is breaking apart at the seems
Just like that quote from our favourite movie “YOU’RE TEARING ME APART, DUSTBORN!’
Another video from the biggest dustborn fans
When we finish the game, there'll be no one left
About 2/3 of the way done with the game wish it ended sooner 😢 the end of the game is basically incomplete so the last like 5 stops are all in 20 minutes
THANK GOD
This game is at mostly positive??

There should be a default filter for reviews that shows the rating from only people with more than a single steam purchase. 😅
there's only 200 reviews. not a hard bar to clear when two votes count for 1% of the game's score.
I'd rather not even bother wasting time buying it, leaving a negative review, and refunding it
How dare you, all game developers should use Dustborn as reference going forward.
The pain transfer almost ended me. There should be a trigger warning and a health warning:

Considering that it was government funded, we are surprised there isn’t any warnings
"Good morning Sunshine"
“The Earth says H E L P”
mkv files are the safer obs recording method. From my limited knowledge you can salvage crashes on mkvs, not so much for things like mp3 and 4.
Will keep that in mind, but is it really a loss if they get corrupted? Less Dustborn = less pain?
@@SodaJump Good point. I was thinkin' of the wiki footage XD
This video has more likes than the 80 people that played Dustborn
80 seems WAY too high
This game is impressive at how superficial it is.
So what? I can't be racist in call of duty lobbies? Wasn't that the whole point of the game?
Smh Call of Duty 10 years ago really was something else
