@@civicturbo11 the spinfisher long cast 6500 is a great reel for fishing with cut bait. It helps launch those baits super far. The slammer is better for lures. Both reels get the job done though🎣🔥

Super Scary yes Indeed . I used to love gong fishing at the jetty's . I'm over 60 now my legs are just A little to unstable . I enjoy watching your videos . I remember the day . back in the 80's we used to catch them black drum up to 50 inches long. I haven't heard any report of a drum that size in years.
Thats crazy! Ive never seen a red or black drum over 50inches. Thats a trophy today. Wish the fishing was still that good. Thank you for watching and for sharing!
Man, I came out to surfside today but couldn’t catch anything. Again! I really need to try some crabs next time or get out earlier.
Crabs has been the key bait lately. They love crab! Hopefully you will get on them on your next trip🙌🎣

What kind of spinning reel is that the golden one, and do you use mono or braid line on that
It is the Penn Slammer 6500 with 50lb Braid. I use braid on all my reels🎣

I want to try going to jetties so bad but it does look intimidating coming across y’all’s vids has gotten me into fishing appreciate the content brother 🔥 (btw where can I get a air out tool like that been trying to find one😅)
Thank you! Dont be scared just be very careful and dont go alone! Get some nice Korkers for the rocks so you dont sleep and start fishing. The best way to learn is to just get out there and see what others are doing🙌 I got the tool custom made from Showtime Custom Rods by Popeye on Facebook! They are called fish venting tooks

your jettis are easier to land fish. you guys havent fish at SPI jettis, yet.
We have fished a couple Jetty’s and ours is still the hardest to land fish. We will hopefully try the SPI Jetty’s someday.
Why do you throw all the fish back. Can you offer it to the people around you, why don't you keep it?
Those big ones aren’t good to eat. They have too many worms. Also don’t want to keep just because we can. We keep what we need. The big ones I will always release never give away just because I know they are 30+ years old and lay the most eggs!
