Hi, Is there a option in MS forms we can grey-out a radio button based on an answer from a previous question?

How do you add comments to the same question? I have to add a new question for the comments of the question above. It makes the comments Question 2. This is misleading.

You can use the choice options and then change the radio buttons into a dropdown menu using the three dots in the bottom right hand corner.

How to put restriction on date field for restricting past dates?
When creating a form to request something on a selected date, it would be useful if the date could be restricted so that only a present and future date can be selected.
Thanks in advance. Please help me on that.

On a Microsoft Form, I have a question that someone can choose all that apply (Campaign, Email communication, Brochure, PowerPoint, Event). If the user selects Campaign and/or Email, I need them to then select Internal or External, and if a user would select Event, I would need them to select Virtual or In-Person. Can I complete that with branching?

    Hello :)
I would like to work with multiple choice question on a quiz.
For example I have 5 option but only 3 are correct.
Is possible to branch a question only if all the correct answers are selected?
    Thank a lot!

I would have liked to see what happens when additional non branching questions are added after the branched questions.

Hey !thank you very much for your clear to the point explaination .I have a question sir: Is it possible to categorize the result ? for example,I administer 60-point quiz (language placement test) and I want my students to know their level based on the result they got. 0...20 = Starter 21.....30 =A2 etc. That is to say,Instead of showing them a number they can see their level(Starter,A1,A2,...)

Hi Office Guy! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I'm a little stuck with my Forms with branching. I created all of the questions (17 of them) and only 10 of them branch off to a sub set of criteria we need to capture. The questions with branching are not sequential. After I've done the branching, when I go to, "Preview" only question #1 shows. I tried having all of the branching data at the end and having them right under each question that had branching. The 'questions' are actually different departments so a person would just go to their department to answer, slightly important; moderately important; important; essential; not sure. The branching occurs if they reply, important/essential. For the other responses, it takes them to an add comments and that takes them to the end. What am I missing that makes my other questions disappear? Thank you in advance :)

In forms, can we use two questions to branch one way or the other? E.g. I have question A with two options and question B with three options. Based on what I select in Question A and B is what decides my branching.
