I bought a Luxury Firm from them and it was way too hard. Something was wrong with it and they exchanged it on warranty. The next one was way better, but it was still too hard for my husband. I had my adult kids try it out and they thought it was a bit too firm. However, something odd with Saatva is that when you go back to them and tell them this, they highly discourage the plush version. I finally told them that I just need to return the mattress. I figured I would move on and buy a Purple instead. I know it costs way more, but at this point, I would rather spend the money and have a good mattress. They still discouraged it, but when I said I needed to arrange them picking up the mattress for the return, they offered me the plush afterall. But the person made it clear that the luxury firm was far better and she did not feel that the plush was a good idea. Please tell me what this is all about. I am worried now. My new plush one is coming now and I would have just said no if it were not for the fact that they will start the 365 day trial over. Please give me advice about this! Thank you!

Only the 11.5” is compatible with an adjustable base, the 14.5” is not.
