@@danstoolroom7700 such a good brand/brands to be getting products from. Especially like the large linesman type pliers and the Bluetooth speaker has caught my eye. Would be cool to see some of the super rod gear as well. Only ever used cheap rods so would be nice to see if it's a worthwhile investment. All the best Dan, good to see the channel growing!

Always thought they were overpriced when they first came out, I think cef were the ones who imported them, and had sole rights in selling them?....may be wrong, have they come down in price slightly?
They are being sold some other places now, loadout shop and I think a few select things in screwfix. They aren't cheap but some of their new tools out now are really quite reasonable aka their new croppers. For me the are top 3 ranking tolls though I've lway said klein wera and knipex seem to be a cut above
@@danstoolroom7700 I sure do. I’ll have to get them all out one day. They’re in a larger Veto LC bag that I’ve never done a video on mostly. There were some in the Veto MCT bag that I reviewed a couple years ago too I believe. Their HVAC 8 in 1 is one of my favorites.
Another box of Klein's, when will it end? Dual layered insulated tools aren't unique to Klein, they were out years ago. Wera, Bahco, Facom, Boddingtons to name a few. Can't remember for definite when I first came across them, but it might have been Facom back in the 90's. I used to use a tool pouch when I worked in construction. Quite handy for when working up high as long as you don't load them up too much and make them too heavy.
To be fair mate if they send me some tools I'm going to review them, that's the deal. I have done some other brands as well. I do have to get these done though, even klein have said that they do not want this to become a klein channel and it won't. I may need to rephrase on the dual layer, I mean the system of injection moulding a different colour underneath with a different colour. So I should have said THAT dual layer system is unique to klein
The model with the tilted head is the 2000-48-EINS. There's also a model available with a straight head, that is the 2000-28-EINS. I got both of them. And I got the small diagonal cutter. I find the small cutter very disappointing. For solid conductors it's ok, but it has issues with fine stranded conductors. The issue was, the outer sheathing of the cable of my vacuum cleaner failed on the moulded plug (like they always do). So I had to fit a new plug, it didn't cut the fine strands of the 1.5mm² wires properly. The big cutters of the 2000 series are good, but that small cutter is a fail.

Thanks for that Dan I also am a fan of Klein tools Surprisingly I’ve never owned a set of their insulated pliers or side cutters or Longnose As when I’ve seen them in citys they seem very large so I will be looking forward to your reviews of these tools.
