Girl!! I had a gallbladder attack when I was pregnant too! It was AWFUL. My midwife said there was a link between vitamin D deficiency and gallbladder issues in pregnancy- so she checked my vitamin D and it was SUPER low. I started supplementing and it solved my issue!
crazy!! i'll look into this but i have always taken high dose d supplements so this likely isn't my cause, but thank you for sharing because it's worth a look!
Our medical system in the US is much the same except we end up with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Here when you go see your primary doctor they will end up referring you to someone else. You can be pushed from doctor to doctor before you get any answers all the while your medical bills keep piling up. It infuriates me to no end. You definitely have to be your own advocate.
