Too sweet and I am not talking about the pastry I am talking about you B with your mom !! I loved seeing you two baking together you both had the greatest smiles. My mom past away 10 yrs ago and I miss her dearly she was only 52. I wish I had more time with her because I would of loved baking with her. But seeing you made me think of all the happy times and I have a daughter and we would bake lot and lots of cookies for gifts at Christmas. I loved it no matter how big of a mess she could make and I had to clean up I enjoyed every minute. I hope to see more vlogs of you and your mom B 🥰

It has been a tough road and not always smooth sailing. I am not the perfect mother and B and I clash sometimes. I am still learning everyday about tourettes even after 25 years. But one thing I have learnt is patience and to listen to B and how she feels and what pushes her buttons and what keeps her calm. I am so incredibly proud of B and love her to the moon and back , I would give my world for her and to make her happy. I have learnt alot about myself through B and she has made me a much better person.

This reply that you sent me made me want to cry. It made me want to cry because of your love and devotion and patience with your daughter. I never had a mother like that. My mother was extremely abusive and I grew up with tons of trauma so I don't know what it's like to have a mother that cares about me. Thank you so much for being who you are and having the kind of heart and soul that you have. It really is something so amazing. I have a question for you. do you ever feel that B does some of her things to you her tics on purpose? Or do you know that none of them are in her control? the thing I know that I go through with people with tourette's is, sometimes depending on what they're doing they won't tic at all and then it seems like they tick and they get very destructive and sometimes it looks like, not that it is but it looks like they're doing it on purpose. I find that no matter what we all hurt the ones we love most because we feel comfortable with those people. Tourettes is one of the most complicated and baffling disorders I have ever come across . But one thing I know is that if B does slap me on the arm or back or whatever she cannot help it and it truely distresses her to know that it hurts me . She spends her life apologising which breaks my heart. B has a very kind , careing and generous heart and genuinely wants to create awareness and spread love and happiness to those who need it. As a mother you have to accept your children for who they are and love unconditionally. We all have our ups and downs and disagreements but love is what get you through . I thankyou for supporting my daughters channel and I wish you every happiness. Xxxx😘💜

I know how to make profiteroles myself of course. You know my parents had parties at our home ( staff from the company where my dad was the ceo were guests) catered by a hotel and I remember as a child watching the chef making the croquembouche (you just made with your mum) in our kitchen and that is how i was inspired to become a pastry chef.
