  • En meget kort prøvetur der vi var tre som delte på bilen, men moro å endelig få prøve Hongqi E-HS9. En svært komfortabel bil som over 500 personer som har skrevet kontrakt kan glede seg til å få. Jeg gleder meg veldig til å bli enda bedre kjent med denne bilen, og til å få testet den litt mer.

      Yes, FAW have made Toyota, VW and Audi for the Chinese market for many years… so they know the level of quality required for Europe and other countries.

    I'm European and that's why I care about the truly important things in life, such as, what gender is this car? And how does it promote European values?

      This is way to soft and comfy to be a man… so elimination gives me gender: woman… and this does not try to promote any European values… just luxury and EV-car… maybe environmental friendly use is a European value?

    Chinese automobile producers have been working with both German and American producers for a very long time. I see they've picked up more than a thing or two from both regions of the world. Quality interior of the Germans and a American size, mass, and guzzling nature to match. All in all, I still find it refreshingly different though.

      Yes, FAW has made cars for VW, Audi and Toyota in China for many years, and we did notice some VAG parts in Hongqi E-HS9.
      It for sure is a car with plenty space, luxury and a bold design.

      Har ikke papirene foran meg nå, men Exclusice er eneste med luftfjæring. Man må «ett hakk opp» fra innsteg for å få LED Matrix, det har man jo da også på Exclusive. Exclusive er eneste med de to deilige stolene på rad 2. Exclusive har en egen klimasone for de to som sitter på rad 3. Exclusive har som eneste urstyrsmodell massasje i framsetene, samt kjøling. Har en egen skjerm til passasjeren foran.
      Mulig jeg kan ha glemt noe i farten her… men bør jo finnes en plass på www.hongqi.no

      En vesentlig forskjell er jo større batteripakke og større motor og mer rekkevidde på de to nivåene over innsteg.

    Skulle gjerne sett en sammenligning og side by side av denne, ES8 og Tang som spesielt tar for seg sitteplass og bagasjeplass i både normal familiemodus (4-5 personer) og storfamiliemodus (6-7 personer).
    De er store biler, men hvor store, i forhold til hverandre, og kanskje Model X.
    Kanskje om man skal slepe en vogn, eller en båt også.

      Hadde vært gromt å fått til det, men ikke så lett å få låne alle de samtidig… når man ikke heter Motor og skal ha rekkeviddetest på vinter eller sommer… men skal se hva vi kan få til.

      Spørs litt hva man ønsker, denne vil jeg mene har et høyere luksusnivå, men så er den lang (som en GLS), og vi har ikke testa den på langtur. Skal ha BYD Tang nå fra mandag, så da blir vi mer kjent med den, så skal vi ha E-HS9 noe senere, håper på desember, og da vil vi jo bli mer kjent med den.
      Foreløpig vet vi litt lite om forbruk og rekkevidde på begge til å gi veldig gode råd. Men får du mulighet til å teste begge er nok det lurt.

      Den finnes som 4-seter, men foreløpig har vel importøren HBI Norge vurdert det slik at de som vil ha denne bilen ikke har noe i mot å ha «to ekstra seter flatt i bagasjeromsgulvet»… altså minimum 6 seter… De fleste som vil ha diger bil vil ha plass til en del folk.
      Skulle interessen for 4-seter bli «stor nok» (vet den eksisterer, men at den foreløpig er for liten) så kan det være at 4-seteren tas inn på et senere tidspunkt.

      Starts a bit below 75 000 USD in Norway - but that’s the entry level car with a smaller battery pack… this one we drove is close to 99 000 USD

      Starts at 699 900 NOK with small battery and entry level equipment. This is an Exclusive, and it starts from NOK 924 900.

    Now more on the serious side: I have some of these Chinese makes high up on my buying list. I just don't see no European maker who can even come close to what is offered by some of these Chinese manufacturers - certainly not in that price segment. And it's not just a small difference in price. Imagine you get a 5.20m luxury cruiser at the cost of an Audi A4! So I wouldn't be surprised if we'll see soon some import taxes for cars from China in order to protect the local manufacturers. As much as I like these products, I still have to think about our local industry that will greatly suffer as, objectively considered, our automotive products are rapidly losing competitiveness. This is the result from decades of a misguided economic policy. We're being kept busy with stupid ideological discussions, while our capability to produce locally was drastically minimized. Many of the core products that are part of the supply chain are being produced in China these days, including microchips. And did you know that producers like GMW Wey and most likely Hongki too, produce all key components in house? Drivetrain, cabin, chassis, batteries, electro motor, engines, electronics, software... everything. Tell me one European maker who has that vertical range of manufacture?
    Europe, wake up!

      Tariffs are difficult to impose because the China is by the largest market for many European car brands, so if China retaliates, then losses will be unthinkable.

    Gleder meg til å se full test av denne bilen, og da helst uten Teslabjørn!
    Veldig spent på kjøreopplevelsen på en 5,2 meter bil. Er det båt eller er det god bil.

      Design er litt moro, for det du synes er stygt er det andre som har sansen for… I bilbransjen er det noe for enhver smak heldigvis, så du kan fint velge noe helt annet enn dette.

      I believe the exterior design is very daring and interior is classy. Believe you me i did not like any other EV better then Hongqi. I am in field quality and aesthetics …. My list based on exterior and interior designs would be
      1. Caddellac EV ( not available in Europe)
      2. Hongqi or Mercedes EQS SUV
      3. Audi
      4. Kia EV6
