    Excellent tips. The tip to imagine throwing the racquet will help me the most. And remembering to have a light grip too. Thanks!

    Patrick really reminds me of how awesome my own coach was. I couldn't afford the sessions anymore, so whenever I forget something or try to get more comfortable with my technique, I just watch his videos because they are very similar to my former coach. Thank you for the videos you produce!

    I think it's good the way the video is quick to the point and clear. A lot of the the other coaching videos go on for ages with the guy talking with little action.

    Damn how come I only found this video now! I have been told by many coaches to do big tirns and close my stance when do backhand. Now I tried the open stance and long follow through, it changed my backhand drastically!

    I had a private tennis lesson to work on my backhand, a YOUNG male instructor and there was no breakdown instructions I was after. I was told 'I can't teach you this, you have to work this out yourself' I never went back.

    • @stefanopagliaro9874
      @stefanopagliaro9874 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Side, if possible. But often you don't have enough time, so you'll be open stance

    Having problems with rebel tennis elbow ( one handed backhand) do you think that if i start learning the two handed it will help?
    Do two handed back hand players have tennis elbow?

    • @jesoby
      @jesoby 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When I switched to two hands it got rid of my elbow pain. One handed needs to be technically perfect especially the follow through.

    I'm no authority but from my perspective these tips look like bad technique
    non-dominant arm to "pass over" the dominant arm - As far as current study tells it's opposite what you should do.
    try holding the racquet 2-3 at high pace ball
    It's not throwing the racquet like a mad man - it's very structured movement that needs to be performed smoothly like it's thrown but these are 2 separate things.

  • @ДанилаЛеонидович

    Haha, feel so bad for the coaches that are staying on the court and listen to this nonsense. Pretty sure they want to kill themselves seeing this stupidity happens! Patrick is a king when it comes to promote himself, sadly not to help people with their technique...

    Wrong tip.. if u do that early preparation then ur movement will not be proper.. come on what are u teaching. How can u advice to take back racket and then run.

    • @Charmander009

      Cuz u don’t have time to take back when it’s a fast ball
