They are very excellent customer service there's one lady that handles it and she's an angel only one slight defect on one copy I bought they handled the situation promptly you go AMG good job
yeah...I love that is speaks to the languages and the actual facts about the language. That helps a lot and I can get "commentary" from other sources. This and the NET Full Notes are great resources
This was SUPER helpful! Thank you brother! I was looking for an ESV bible to read out of for church but this one has definitely piqued my interest as well! Thanks so much!
Look at notes for Hebrews Ch 6. It's the best explanation I've seen. Paraphrasing it: you can't lose it because if you could you wouldn't be able to get it back.
Look up all the words and means for one chapter and write them down that way when you read your main Bible you have them and your not flipping so many pages in the dictionary to find them your welcome
That you for the info! I am wondering what sections you have your tabs in? Also, would love a sticker that you mentioned, but don’t see the description section you mentioned. Thanks so much!!
Info for the stickers should be in the description. There’s a PO Box listed. The tabs I put in the major divisions of information. Just to make it a little easier to flip to.
Well…specific ESV? Not exactly that I know of. Word studies are really less translations based and more original Greek/Hebrew based. So most of the time the specific translation isn’t all that important. Check out the NET full notes. The notes in that Bible is literally all word study/translation based. Check it out at their website. I use this (either Bible, site, or app) all the time with word study issues. That’s where I’d start. Then start putting together a good set of commentaries. Some of them have a lot of Greek in um. Tim Charlie’s website can help you with that. Here’s some links: netbible.org/bible/Matthew+1 www.challies.com/search/Commentaries
Hello, I am needing help I am really wanting to study and learn the Bible I was wondering if you would u have any recommendations for me to help me in my journey all the books I may need like dictionary which one u recommend even bibles chronological study bibles so on things to help me really understand and did deeper in the word hope this makes sense lol but any help u may help me I want a margin Bible I know not sure what to get couple translation’s I need I was raced on the KJV but it can be different sometimes but I ❤ it but if it’s a word for word I’m good as well I have ADHD it makes it harder for me to understand but God has me there for I have faith but I really appreciate ur help on what all I need to help me get what I need for ur knowledge on this is awesome I feel good to ask for help if u don’t mind to help me pls there is so much out there its different for me to know and decide on to know what’s the n=best for me to get hope it’s not to much to ask or write but I truly look forward to ur inputs and help on my new found journeys I’m a reborn again but it’s been yrs and there is some amazing things out there I had no ideal there even was out there for it’s been to long for me but I’m back thank the LORD it’s something I really need to do ❤ his word I grave it u know but hope this find u well bless you may ur family have a amazing thanksgiving day so on thank you so much blessings 🙏😊 p.s it was late hope this is readable and u can understand it lol srry if it’s all mixed up forgive me if so thks again blessings to you and ur family 😊 great job on explaining this bible 😊 can’t wait to hear back I need all the help I can get but I’m willing to do the work to learn just need guidance getting what I all I need to do so ur a true blessing in all u do thks 😊
Great questions. as for Dictionaries I like Mounce. amzn.to/49VWZc7. It’s helpful. Do you use digital resources (like logos or youversion app?). If so there are some greater chronological Bibles there. Other wise each translation seems to have one. As far as study bibles…I’d start with he ESV study bible. It’s great and has tons of solid information. Those should get you started
That Bible is super awesome, but sadly it's not for me because it's red letter. I can't read it, after 2 to 3 words my eyes begin to burn and water. But this is just a really good Bible for study with a lovely leather cover. This is definitely a Bible for study, because it is a bit busy for just reading, but a great Bible nonetheless. Steve, I want to get a compact Bible so that I can carry it everywhere I go. I would much prefer the ESV translation but I cannot find a review of any on TH-cam except for the ESV Large Print Compact which is red letter text so I'd pass on it. I saw the ESV Value Large Print Compact but cannot find any review of them. I don't know if they are sewn or how far in the gutter the text goes. Neither can I find any reviews of the regular compact which, like the Value Large Print Compact is all black letters. I'd prefer the Large Print Compact because it's an 8 point while the the regular compact is a 6 point font. The Value Large Print has no ribbons and no page gilding, but if it's sewn I take it over the regular compact. Do you have any reviews of either of these Bibles or have any of them and can tell what they are like. I don't want to continue to read the Bible on my phone when I'm away from home and a compact would be perfect for me. Please assist me.
I do have a "compact bible show down" video on the channel where I take a look at a bunch of different compact bibles, and believe it or not I have an ESV with a zipper showing up today. That all being said...finding a compact bible with 8-9 point font is on the difficult side. The real small bibles tend to be more around 6-7. Lemme see what I can find out, or if I can find something that might work for you and I'll get back to you.
@@ClaimingChristianity The ESV Value Large print Compact is about 6x4.5 while the the regular size compact is about 6x3.5 and they are both black letter texts.
I gave mine away. It wasn't limited to word study but loaded which doctrine, conjecture, inference, years later looked again I by no means want their dictrine. Stick to word definition and grammar.

So glad it was helpful!!! It’s a solid tool for sure.
Great resource! Thanks for the review!
Thanks for watching!
The key word is my favorite study Bible. The Open Bible is my second favorite
Both great choices.
Look at notes for Hebrews Ch 6. It's the best explanation I've seen. Paraphrasing it: you can't lose it because if you could you wouldn't be able to get it back.
Yup. I like Voddie’s little speech on this.
Hello bro beautiful bible

Hey Arnold FFT family ❤️❤️🤗🙌🏾
Excellent review Bro I have this in the NKJV and love it
Thank you !
Look up all the words and means for one chapter and write them down that way when you read your main Bible you have them and your not flipping so many pages in the dictionary to find them your welcome
Not a bad idea.
Looks awesome and important, thank you steve

Are there any other resources for in-depth word studies that you recommend for ESV?

@@ClaimingChristianity that’s awesome very helpful thanks!
Good.
Superior evaluation unlike other "pastora" presenting.
Thanks for the encouragement!! And the comments. I’m just so “regular guy”…lol…so I try to give regular guy info and thoughts. glad it was helpful.
If you have accordance would you still recommend this Bible?
I’m gonna say yes because of the layout. But it’s very similar information.
I read this wrong. 🤦🏻♂️. My brain saw a concordance. Sorry.
If you’re using accordance. No no need

@@ClaimingChristianity Did you find anything? ESV Compact Bible I mean.
Not really that seems to fit the bill. Non red letter with bigger font in compact is somewhat hard.
What size would you consider compact
@@ClaimingChristianity The ESV Value Large print Compact is about 6x4.5 while the the regular size compact is about 6x3.5 and they are both black letter texts.
How much did it cost to get one?
You can get a hard cover for about 35-40 bucks
I'm 10 minutes and and it seems that it is very "busy". Perhaps a verse-by-verse text block would be less busy.
I agree. It is very busy. Once you kinda use it a little it’s easier to navigate but I’d love this in a VBV!
I gave mine away. It wasn't limited to word study but loaded which doctrine, conjecture, inference, years later looked again I by no means want their dictrine. Stick to word definition and grammar.
My book don't look like yours
Hmmm. I wonder why. This one is pretty new
