I agree with your perspective here, Kathleen, as I’ve observed a similar overarching pattern with the human collective, regarding relations. Twin or not, soul-centric unions are entirely separate from relationships as we understand them. They’re indeed a construct, rather than a genuine product of divine awareness. The purpose of these awakenings is to change the game, as I’m sure you’ve already studied extensively since your own. Authenticity is the beginning, as well as the ultimate. It is the absolute key. Humankind doesn’t seek to be false in its relationships; we do so for a bevy of reasons - as you know, stemming from bad childhoods to trauma-bonded partnerships, and other toxic situations in which we allowed ourselves to abuse and / or be abused, until we discovered the truth of our behaviours and their origins, rooted in pain and fear - like you said. The weirdest thing is, it lies in the dynamics of relationship itself: an ongoing push-pull seeking satisfaction through endless compromise. I’ll give you this, if you give me that. I’ll be happy when, I’d love you more if, etc are all echoes of the wounded ego seeking to overcome another’s volition in order to serve its desires. Sounds awful, doesn’t it? But all relationships are predicated on this tacit understanding that once X changes, then the reward of love is given. It’s toxic on its face. No wonder one of the most hammered points in advising those on the awakening journey is unconditional love - first for self, then for other. I’m actually not the biggest proponent of this thinking, as it’s well-intended, but easily misapplied. Unconditional love as a goal for one already mired in a lifetime of people-pleasing is actually digging themselves a deeper hole, for example. In that sense, they need to learn the power of discernment - and maybe radical self-acceptance, if we want to stay on brand here, heh. This is why union is an entirely different animal. ‘His and hers’ is still distinction and separation, as another example. ‘Ours’ - with neither definition nor division - is the default of union. Sharing everything, with an understanding that you are a single unit of one - not two in relationship. There’s no expectation that the other should change to suit one’s personal benefit. The trust in knowing your partner has your best interest in all they do and advise is what runs deep - and guides the kind of change that leads to transformation that no amount of prior urging or bargaining could achieve. The change is soul-deep, and driven by an understanding that what guides our growth is purely our evolution - a stronger alignment with our true authentic selves. Our higher self, if you will. We are steadily changing the landscape of relationships, through what appears as effortless simpatico, but is really the hidden crucible of melting ego back into the original composition of soul. Pure consciousness, coexisting in two ‘separate’ human beings. SO much more is going on behind the scenes - because it has to. At the surface level, however, we’re teaching, and leading by example, that nothing less than total trust, complete commitment, and full investment - in the union itself and our shared mission - is going to get it done. Most in the back-and-forth of this-or-that commonly witnessed in the process of dating are stuck in these patterns of expectation and demand. When our partner no longer fits the initial image we had of them, we become disenchanted and feel cheated. We run. We convince ourselves we made a mistake, and check out on some level - whether emotionally, or physically. That’s a relationship. It’s what we’re taught to do. We can’t fault ourselves for following our programming. Union is on a level of awareness that transcends logic and reason. When united as one at the seat of the soul, you’re all in, no matter what. Ego doesn’t get a vote. Your mind may reel, and your emotions might seem as if they’ve been pushed aside for better or worse - because they have. Your knowing is stronger than fear, pain, or other low-spectrum vibrations that would distance you from the truth. That knowing is your only truth. We’re the forebears of this new reality - the vanguards of a social contract that thrives on the understanding that our bonds are at the level of soul, and our relationships are no longer transactional but communal. Those who marry will understand their bond is truly sacred - that it is a union. This is where we’re going. And, at this time, this has been our experience, and is our understanding. Has anybody felt the eyes lock with an "physical" electric lazer feeling between you and your twins eyes? I meen intense as hell, not from this world kibd of magical experience...It lasted for a few seconds were I could not move my head. It was scary but at the same time, so amazing. I was laughing how you described this energy. We met at our part-time job as friends and co-workers. About two months in, the agency closed for three weeks for maintenance. I almost "went crazy" missing him and wondering if he was okay.( We hadn't exchanged phone numbers at that point.) The relief when we returned to work.... I couldn't figure it out. Years later after he pulled away, I knew he was breaking up and I decided to end the relationship. I literally could not end it! ??? A couple months later he dumped me for the third party. I am doing inner work and focusing on myself. I am okay.
I experienced most of what you talked about here, beginning with a DNoS in Feb-19, then in May the kundalini began, but I initiated it intentionally so that energy wasn't as surprising. Turned out I was the only one participating in this trip so now that I've ascended the feminine side up to the crown and contacted guidance, I'm back working on the masculine end and tinkering with the solar plexus center. On all the energy coming at you: the subconscious (all included as parts of "the innate" as per Kryon) runs most of the body and you can tell that aspect of self not to let in visitors without permission unless it's an emergency. It's not the subconscious who's in a state below conscious, it is very much more conscious than we are, but it operates underneath your awareness until you start speaking to it. "Hey body, make people's energy wait 'til I know who they are and I allow them in, ok? Btw, you hungry? Yeah? Alright whatcha want?" is kind of a standard internal conversation over here.
Interesting you said about the way your kundalini travelled. I was coming out of my dnots this time last year. I first felt kundalini on my upper back, gradually rising to my crown, I have felt it on my crown, on the back of my head and on the feminine side of my head and starting to trickle down left side of my face through my throat and upper chest. I have also felt like a band of it around below my naval. I can feel my solar plexus at times now. But despite probably the most work being done on my lower chakras I would say they are active but not balanced. I have had increased intuition and telepathy and I feel my twin is waking up. I will now have to work on my lower chakras and mainly on my solar plexus. I don't see any info on this out there. My lower (masculine) chakras were active but not fully open and that my upper (feminne) chakras balanced first. most say you work root to crown.
@@Ishkasare2654 I imagine that balancing the internal lower energies allows for the second aspect to gain foothold at each on the way up. Now because we're all one, as you do this kind of work you affect everything around you. Heal yourself and you heal the world. The thing you're calling kundalini up around your face could be your innate guidance, it feels like pressure or a light buzzing. If you turn your head and the sensation shifts to remain pointing in one direction, your GPS is on and you're being led somewhere. The other simple check is to ask the air a yes or no question and see if the sensation moves left for yes or right for no. One of the ways you know you're ajna is turned on and ready is pressure at the temples and center-brow. Feels like the light pressure you'd use to relieve a headache.

Feel it working across my left face and down my throat and upper chest.They say you release the masculine in the crown and then must work your way down to the root to ground the relationship and back up to meet in the heart. Very little info on this. I think I have felt my root and sacral spinning, I just need to tune up my solar pkexus and balance some more out. I think as they come into allignment flow gets stronger like taking your thumb off a garden hose and they open quicker. I have felt healing powers in my hands last year and clairaudience for about four days in May, I think they were just previews as they disappeared or else a test. No info on this stuff whatsoever! 🙏
@@Ishkasare2654 ugh I hear you, I think I don't even know what words to use to search for it 😆 You just gave me some concepts I didnt know here regarding the path and heart centered meeting, I just knew that at each level of ascension you have to go root to crown again to clear and balance, both masc and fem, and that once the feminine heals, she helps the masculine (side) heal. Most of what I do know I learned 'on the job' but once Feb hit I had a ton of help from the guidance I was beginning to perceive. It was a process I found here that got me linked up, search "every 29.5 days this happens with your pineal gland." As for the solar plexus, it's about sovereignty, boundaries, and ego distortions needing to be cleared, many about self definition and regarding the opinions of others about who you are.

Shared energy is felt for sure. I felt exhausted off an on today. And I have felt it for the last couple days. Yes I worked the last two days. But this was different, I have also felt butterflies in my stomach at certain times. I guess it might’ve been something before but I never understood it before.
As you energetically shift you will feel all sorts of energy and some day's can be very overwhelming with it. You learn to embrace as you learn what's physically and spiritually going on.

It's the most intense ride! I do believe by my exploration and guidance of Spirit guiding me to different videos, like yours, is REALLY helping me learning what it's all about, confirming I'm not nuts, and how to balance this energy between us. I do believe I have made great strides just for a few months. And I was completely trusting my intuition even when we met almost 2 years ago, 7/22...I had no idea what a TF was, nor what was happening between us. Well i certainly looked like "shit" last year, around this time till almost nov - dec... I lost sleep, appetite, and so much weight. I could literally feel the bones in my shoulder and neck region, they would stick out like I have been starving for decades. Everyone would be shocked seeing me and tell "what happened to you, you are so skinny" to be fair i have always been on the skinnier side..and everytime anyone asked me that, i would feel the tears start up in my eyes, because how do i tell them that have no desire to eat and that i barely get enough sleep, ofcourse i was going to loose wweight! its easy to sit and say eat more but everytime i ate, i would feel sick, like i want to go throw up what i ate. Nausea and headaches were so frequent ! Then I think around the end of last year, my eating improved and so did my sleep. I went on a vitamin d supplements regimen, got out into the sun, instead of being cooped up and i got better physically speaking. This year has been good on me overall, my mind has calmed down immensely
Listening to what you are explaining in this video.. As the conscious twin, are you advocating that I/We return to focusing fully on our own progress without being distracted as to what they are doing.. As to me it is beginning to become both a distraction and a strain.
After my spiritual awakening I began experiencing strong masculine feminine energy fluctuations. I believed it was due to the other half of my soul wanting tp integrate in the physicall. I was told by a spiritual teacher that the integration was for my higher spiritual purpose. I didn't know anything about this twin flame phenomena back then and as a male even questioned my sexuality. So does this mean my twin is on a parallel journey, experiencing same energetic fluctuations as my own.

This helped me. What I don’t understand is the telepathy. We literally have conversations and I’m “corrected” by this masculine energy when I’m not doing something in alignment. I get a tapped on my left ear for “no” and on the right ear for “yes”. Is this normal? We are in separation and I am always going within and asking for guidance and have surrendered to the energy and allowing the guidance.

There is no concrete steps because it's an individual souls journey. Focus on aligning with soul through being very present. The soul will guide you along as this is an inner journey xxx

Has anybody felt the eyes lock with an "physical" electric lazer feeling between you and your twins eyes? I meen intense as hell, not from this world kibd of magical experience...It lasted for a few seconds were I could not move my head. It was scary but at the same time, so amazing. It happened after 8 mounths of the journey when we kissed in bed and locked eyes. But I havn't heard anybody talk about that specific experience. Anybody felt that?❤

I've been doing breathwork to get out of my mind. Today I inadvertently dropped into the yogic trance state (samadhi). I love your content! I push that shared/telepathic energy away. I was laughing how you described this energy. We met at our part-time job as friends and co-workers. About two months in, the agency closed for three weeks for maintenance. I almost "went crazy" missing him and wondering if he was okay.( We hadn't exchanged phone numbers at that point.) The relief when we returned to work.... I couldn't figure it out. Years later after he pulled away, I knew he was breaking up and I decided to end the relationship. I literally could not end it! ??? A couple months later he dumped me for the third party. I am doing inner work and focusing on myself. I am okay.

I experienced most of what you talked about here, beginning with a DNoS in Feb-19, then in May the kundalini began, but I initiated it intentionally so that energy wasn't as surprising. Turned out I was the only one participating in this trip so now that I've ascended the feminine side up to the crown and contacted guidance, I'm back working on the masculine end and tinkering with the solar plexus center.
On all the energy coming at you: the subconscious (all included as parts of "the innate" as per Kryon) runs most of the body and you can tell that aspect of self not to let in visitors without permission unless it's an emergency. It's not the subconscious who's in a state below conscious, it is very much more conscious than we are, but it operates underneath your awareness until you start speaking to it.
"Hey body, make people's energy wait 'til I know who they are and I allow them in, ok?
Btw, you hungry? Yeah? Alright whatcha want?" is kind of a standard internal conversation over here.
Interesting you said about the way your kundalini travelled. I was coming out of my dnots this time last year. I first felt kundalini on my upper back, gradually rising to my crown, I have felt it on my crown, on the back of my head and on the feminine side of my head and starting to trickle down left side of my face through my throat and upper chest. I have also felt like a band of it around below my naval. I can feel my solar plexus at times now. But despite probably the most work being done on my lower chakras I would say they are active but not balanced. I have had increased intuition and telepathy and I feel my twin is waking up. I will now have to work on my lower chakras and mainly on my solar plexus. I don't see any info on this out there. My lower (masculine) chakras were active but not fully open and that my upper (feminne) chakras balanced first. most say you work root to crown.
@@Ishkasare2654 I imagine that balancing the internal lower energies allows for the second aspect to gain foothold at each on the way up. Now because we're all one, as you do this kind of work you affect everything around you.

The thing you're calling kundalini up around your face could be your innate guidance, it feels like pressure or a light buzzing.
If you turn your head and the sensation shifts to remain pointing in one direction, your GPS is on and you're being led somewhere. The other simple check is to ask the air a yes or no question and see if the sensation moves left for yes or right for no.
One of the ways you know you're ajna is turned on and ready is pressure at the temples and center-brow. Feels like the light pressure you'd use to relieve a headache.

Feel it working across my left face and down my throat and upper chest.They say you release the masculine in the crown and then must work your way down to the root to ground the relationship and back up to meet in the heart. Very little info on this. I think I have felt my root and sacral spinning, I just need to tune up my solar pkexus and balance some more out. I think as they come into allignment flow gets stronger like taking your thumb off a garden hose and they open quicker. I have felt healing powers in my hands last year and clairaudience for about four days in May, I think they were just previews as they disappeared or else a test. No info on this stuff whatsoever! 🙏

You just gave me some concepts I didnt know here regarding the path and heart centered meeting, I just knew that at each level of ascension you have to go root to crown again to clear and balance, both masc and fem, and that once the feminine heals, she helps the masculine (side) heal.
Most of what I do know I learned 'on the job' but once Feb hit I had a ton of help from the guidance I was beginning to perceive.
It was a process I found here that got me linked up, search "every 29.5 days this happens with your pineal gland."
As for the solar plexus, it's about sovereignty, boundaries, and ego distortions needing to be cleared, many about self definition and regarding the opinions of others about who you are.

Shared energy is felt for sure. I felt exhausted off an on today. And I have felt it for the last couple days. Yes I worked the last two days. But this was different, I have also felt butterflies in my stomach at certain times. I guess it might’ve been something before but I never understood it before.

Thank you! I'd swear that you have taken Cat's course, cause some of your words and phrases are aligned w/hers! 😍 I discovered Nov/23 that we're on a TF journey...and dang! It's the most intense ride! I do believe by my exploration and guidance of Spirit guiding me to different videos, like yours, is REALLY helping me learning what it's all about, confirming I'm not nuts, and how to balance this energy between us. I do believe I have made great strides just for a few months. And I was completely trusting my intuition even when we met almost 2 years ago, 7/22...I had no idea what a TF was, nor what was happening between us. I now have seen some of the signs of synchronicities' that were in front of me before we met (Divinely times events), although had not acknowledged. I actually have watched tarot readings to learn more about me...not Zack/TF. It's really helped me recognize so much about myself. And he's 27 years younger than myself...whew! I know he's very hesitant and ego based about this. When I saw him a couple of weeks ago, he was much more centered, and when we had some small talk (cause he won't look at me), I was walking by him each time and there was about 5-8 feet in between us....he heard every word I said and knew I was talking to him. And yes, we have been very telepathically connected since last year--it all kicked into high gear after he hugged me and his fingers whisped through my palm....sparks ignited! I knew he felt it too. All I can do is continue w/my shadow work, and be me and follow my desires.

Well i certainly looked like "shit" last year, around this time till almost nov - dec... I lost sleep, appetite, and so much weight. I could literally feel the bones in my shoulder and neck region, they would stick out like I have been starving for decades. Everyone would be shocked seeing me and tell "what happened to you, you are so skinny" to be fair i have always been on the skinnier side..and everytime anyone asked me that, i would feel the tears start up in my eyes, because how do i tell them that have no desire to eat and that i barely get enough sleep, ofcourse i was going to loose wweight! its easy to sit and say eat more but everytime i ate, i would feel sick, like i want to go throw up what i ate. Nausea and headaches were so frequent ! Then I think around the end of last year, my eating improved and so did my sleep. I went on a vitamin d supplements regimen, got out into the sun, instead of being cooped up and i got better physically speaking. This year has been good on me overall, my mind has calmed down immensely

After my spiritual awakening I began experiencing strong masculine feminine energy fluctuations. I believed it was due to the other half of my soul wanting tp integrate in the physicall. I was told by a spiritual teacher that the integration was for my higher spiritual purpose. I didn't know anything about this twin flame phenomena back then and as a male even questioned my sexuality. So does this mean my twin is on a parallel journey, experiencing same energetic fluctuations as my own.

This helped me. What I don’t understand is the telepathy. We literally have conversations and I’m “corrected” by this masculine energy when I’m not doing something in alignment. I get a tapped on my left ear for “no” and on the right ear for “yes”. Is this normal? We are in separation and I am always going within and asking for guidance and have surrendered to the energy and allowing the guidance.
