This was shot next to where I live (WB) and my friend and I were going to stake out but decided to just watch it. Little did we know a classmate of ours, went to In-N-Out nearby afterwards, and ran into Aaron Tveit there. He was casually getting a burger. Like WTF. He's perfection. So bummed I didn't get to meet him.

Am I the only one who is nervous about them using multiple sets since that's what Peter Pan and sound of music did and they were terrible, but the wiz did it like an actual show on one stage and it was amazing
True, I feel like it could potentially fluster the actors a lot. However this cast is brilliant :)
Pretty sure the wiz used multiple sets too, they said that their sets stretched out to a football field and I'm guessing that they took the commercial break time to get set up at the next set
+AJ N/A No, if you watch it, it was all on one stage and small set pieces moved on and off. But, lol the sets of grease ended up being my favorite part. I think this is the best live musical yet, and I loved the wiz. Fox kind of embarrassed NBC

I feel like The Wiz live! rehearsed for MONTHS and this is made up in WEEKS.. I have really low expectations..
You might be surprised.
Your average Broadway lead gets about 2 weeks to rehearse before their opening night, I think they'll pull it together, it's a stellar cast.
+Jose Lee Aaron said they've been rehearsing since Thanksgiving. They've just been on set since Jan. 4th... it also turned out amazing
only watching for Aaron, Carlos, & KeKe. (why is Julianne Hough & Vanessa Hudgens in all these things!? no bueno!!)
