Where is video from inside nuke plant showing explosives there? There are obviously military vehicles carrying personnel to defense nuke plant. Nuke plants are high-risk facilities. In case of any conflict situation it should be under defense to avoid provocations, attacks, sabotage etc. Ukraine side is using this "evidence" as information war to show what they want not real situation
