yeah. have you found any helpful resources? I am unfamiliar with water softener systems, and my pulsafeeder doesn't appear to be pulling from the chlorine solution tank. Interested in talking to someone knowledgeable before seeking profe$$ional help.
Well I spoke to some one and they had me hold a thump over the open tube while it was pumping and it didn't have enough pressure to squirt out so the pump was done for( i had already put a rebuild kit on). Stenner helped he figure out which pump would work at what settings so i went with one of their peristaltic pumps. used them in the past and super reliable just need to change out the tube yearly. good luck.
what are you feeding? Is your injection valve bleeding back? Check your foot valve, make sure all fittings are tight and you have good seals on everything. If you're losing PRIME, then your liquid is draining down the suction tubing.
@@thomasshort6738 check your FOOT valve that sits in the drum of chlorine. wear some gloves, take it apart and trim up the lines so the suction stays. clean the foot valve with muriatic acid in a bucket, And also clean the face/head of your pump as well if you can. the liquid is falling down escaping around the check ball (in the face of the pump) and releasing down the suction tubing. so to remedy that do the above ^^ clean all parts with muriatic acid wear gloves get the 90% less fume acid use a knife to trim up your lines and check your chlorine injector and make sure its NOT bleeding water back if it is, then your pump is fighting an uphill battle and that TOO will also need to be cleaned with acid. hope that helps

telling someone to check this or that isnt helpful unless you walk them through step by step how to check each item mentioned.
