CX03/CX04 Qi/Magsafe charger teardown with TEC/Peltier cooler and fan

In short, this is a well constructed cooler that has no visible IC numbers. The thick conformal coating makes it too difficult to reverse engineer and modify, such as converting it to run off of 12 volts. I verified the TEC cooler works as promised and it can charge my Samsung Fold4 at 10 W.
To disassemble this yourself, peel off the circular sticker on top of the wireless charging coil and magnets. Remove the three screws around the magnets and everything should pull apart. There are different types of adhesive thermal pads around the TEC cooler that can be gently pulled apart. The metal plate behind the wireless charging coil is somewhat fragile and could be cracked if you apply force to it.
